    Okay, so what will haben in CAT 3c, when the plane has Rollout Guidance but the sight ist below 50 meters?
    Then no landing is possible?

      It needs automated Taxi as well, which is yet to be implemented.

    It seems like feet should be used

      It depends where you are, in usa i think they use feet, but in most of the rest of the world it is in meters

      RVR 1200 feet

      RVR is in meters, the decision height would be in feet!

    Did not understand the term « controlling » to determine the category of operation.

      Controlling RVR is used to determine the category of operations. If Controlling RVR is 70m, it becomes CAT 3
