Could you do a design for me that is 10 x 9 meters with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, with a small office downstairs and a family room upstairs for viewing movies. Similar layout as this one but maybe with a small lap pool in the back instead. That would be awesome.

The only flaw in this home design is that there is no exhaust/ventilation for master bathroom.
Edit :- solution could be to combine the 4th bathroom and master bathroom to be one big master bathroom for the master and 3rd bedroom will have to use the common bathroom i.e. 3rd bathroom.
Also the space beneath the staircase on the ground floor can become a powder room so that the 1st bedroom can have its own in suite bathroom.
I love your design I just wanted to ask if you could design a plan for 300sqm lot 4 or 5 bedrooms with separate dining and kitchen, with a pantry, auxiliary kitchen, laundry room , maids quarters all bedrooms ensuite with a powder room on the first floor and master bedroom having a master bathroom which includes shower bath tub and double vanity and walk in closet with master balcony and roof terrace floor and if possibly a basement with entertainment area and gym lower staircase right next to the main staircase

Sin embargo el baño del dormitorio 3 es innecesario y un desastre, estaría siempre húmedo, poniendo en riesgo la puerta y el papel higiénico echado a perder.
Suficiente con un baño compartido para habitación 2 y 3
En ese espacio se podría ampliar el baño de el dormitorio principal poniendo una tina de baño.
