But my husband seems opposite.
He just wants to stay at home and sleep.
Our sex life is dead and I don't think he has the zeal to snap out of it.

In my vows, I won’t say “for worse, in sickness, etc.” I will instead say “for better, in health and together we stand against any sickness, diseases, and other manifestations of the devil.” I will speak life into our marriage.
Speak life to your marriage by all means, please do💯
Don’t worry you will get married and then you will realize that it’s not just about speaking life😂 God wants the best for you and your marriage even more than you do for yourself BUT your own limitations as well as that of your spouse (this is referring to how well you both have developed yourself in character and godliness) as well as dealing with the limitations that comes with being human (tiredness, stress, anxiety, anger, expectations not met, health challenges etc) is what will determine your experience in your marriage.
In summary, TAKE COUNSEL AND ALSO SPEAK LIFE. Don’t dismiss counsel with the yardstick “I’d speak life”, you don’t have to pick one for the other. “For better for worse” is not a type of “speaking death” but rather a call to responsibility & commitment ❤

If they are friends, they should probably talk about how he's feeling. He might be depressed. Especially if he wasn't like that before now.
This is very powerful PM and PK. I have never seen you physically but I have received tremendous help from you. I look up to sitting down to listen to you physically.
Honestly I think these r things that should be discussed before getting married. Marry someone who from the beginning takes care of himself just like you so both of u will enjoy taking care of himself like u.
but what happens if they get sick or end up depressed? you can have all the intention to take care of yourself but life changes. I think the point is that in marriage, things that are not expected happen even if you choose exactly well, so you need to know how to adjust .
