Thank you! This video was the resource I was looking for. Helped me understand not only the differences but also the right one for me to gain the results I'm looking for. Appreciate it.
PERFECTO!! This was precisely what I was looking for. We want to produce and distribute short online tools for supervisors to use with their remote workers, things to generate interactivity, innovative ideas about process improvement and strong anchors to sharing best practices among the work team. ZOOM was the primary thing I was looking for, but there are aspects of Crowdcast and WebinarJam that make them ALSO useful for our community development. Managers are ALL having issues around this virus-based business paradigm shift and your presentation, analysis and recommendations are Spot On! I've now watched two dozen different videos on these general topics and this one is the best, and the only one I have commented on. So, THANKS, and, "I'll be back."
We are actually doing a webinar on another great tool this week. Demio is the tool I am using the most now join us members.dottotech.com/webinar-wednesday-registration-page/
Awesome! I accidentally found this video whilst watching a video on using Zoom, which I was planning to use for webinars for a group I have. After watching this video I realise a Crowdcast scenario is probably better. Though at present I'm looking at only 1 per month as I'm not fully up and running as a business yet. Thanks for the spreadsheet and Webinar Palooza.
i dont mean to be offtopic but does someone know a way to get back into an instagram account? I was stupid lost my account password. I love any assistance you can offer me.
Thank you for your clear presentation of the options for webinar platforms. Your RUclips really increase my comfort in the selection process. I did subscribe to Dottotech and will be signup for Webinar Palooza.
Selecting right webinar tool is very important as right selection of tool provides various benefits in terms of cost, security, flexibility, productivity etc. By following tips given in video, you may consider your selection from a wide range of tools such as R-HUB web conferencing servers, webex, gotomeeting etc.
Great video Steve! It's like you were reading my mind. Your timing on this topic is great, and your unique credentials have given us insight that not many people could give. Our small team of 7 want to make a library of training videos to share with clients as a way to educate on our products, and this video gives me a great head start. You're the best, thanks!
Really useful. I am looking to stream live filmed small cast interactive theatre shows where I want the quality of picture and sound to be reliable as it is paid for,, but welcome chat and audience interaction during the show.
Loved this!! i think crowdcast would be good for a subscription type webinar (weekly/monthly masterclasses) but at the moment I'm focusing on selling my course. So I think I will go with webinar jam based on your recommendation!
Hi Steve this is very all new to me. I have been hosting zoom meetings for my church prayer groups and we're thinking of hosting a Seminar that we put on every year, but unable due to covid. So now we're thinking of hosting this Life in the Spirit as a webinar which features 7 talks and sharing in breakout rooms. I would. I would love to hear any advice you may have to help us with this. All your tutorials helped me with my zoom meetings now we want to grow! Thanks for all your help

How the heck do you make a living? lol I say that without snark. You put out so much fabulous content and are absolutely the best and most reliable resource for what you do. I was sort of expecting there to be a price for the webinar-palooza, thinking "Ooh-I going to get to hear him pitch an offer for the first time." But once again, free. Appreciate all you do-and all the free content you put out there! But I certainly hope you're making an exorbitant living somehow. :)
Our company is ramping up a webinar based product. I've spent the last two hours trying to gather the very information you put here in this video. I only wish I landed here first! Thanks for the info.
Really appreciate your energetic descriptive video thank you for sharing this overview I found it extremely helpful. I'm excited to start creating some fun marketing webinars with solid call to actions
Thank you for the review Steve, Maybe also interesting, I have experienced using MS Powerpoint slides in a teleprompter using PPT Mirror tool to record online sales videos to help me keep my whole concept in mind, so I use bullet points to avoid scripting myself out completely to make presentation conversational and natural in front of camera. Would you worry to work with PPT Slides in a Teleprompter?
Thank you Steve, can you compare Bigmaker vs Webinar Jam, who´s better for ever green webinars? i asking for because when you go to buy webinar jam is necessary to buy everwebinar too. thanks for you answer
Thank you for your review. Does WebinarJam allow the presenter view of powerpoint for the webinar so notes on each slide are available to the presenter?
Steve, Thanks for the information to a newbie to webinars. Here's my question and I think zoom might be the way to go. I am a sports official who needs to reach out to association members for meetings, training with video, and two way conversation within the meeting discussing video plays and content. Normally meetings will last 90 minutes max. Any suggestions? Zoom seems to be the choice after watching your video.
Steve, you were using Stealth Seminars back in 2013, but no mention in your review herein, since used mainly as an automated package. Are you still using it or only using Webinar Jam (Ever Webinar) and why changed? I am planning to us Wealth for marketing, sales and presentations, hence the question?
I haven’t you still seminar for a long time, my go to webinar package currently is Demio, unfortunately I’ve been hearing some issues with webinar jam currently, but I stopped using it in late 2019. I’m not familiar with wealth
I am looking for recording a webinar as education seminar to place on my business page so no group chats . Is Webinar Jam best for this....can I record and upload to utube?
Hi Steve, Based on this video, I think Zoom is the best platform for us to deliver interactive webinars to the general public and school classrooms, as well as run virtual meetings for our staff. Another option that has come up for software that will support webinars and virtual meetings is Microsoft Teams. Any thoughts on this option? Thanks for the very informative video. Best, John
Hi..... It is so surprising that people mention so many aspects about webinars, but nobody mentions about "Quality of Transmission" - isnt that supposed to be the most important aspect? I have an issue where the audio lags, have tried Goto and Zoom - same problem. As long as it is only speech/lecture, it is fine, but the moment we try to play live instruments, the audio transmission goes bezerk and lags/stutters. Any ideas?
thanks Steve. very helpful, it looks like WebJam is the right package for me. I live in Venice, Italy, where I teach our language using Pop & Jazz. but as you know, this area has been locked down due coronavirus, so I have to stop teaching "English in Song" in a live classroom, but my students are begging me to create a virtual alternative. have u got other suggestions??
Thanks. tried webinarjam recently for interviewing experts but kept getting 'unresponsive pages' in chrome when I did a screenshare or ppt. So trying out the simplicity of bluejeans without an audience for a bit--seems to work well in tests.
Hello Steve, Thank you so much for a great video! Question: How do the following platforms fit into this picture: 1. Microsoft Teams Live Event. 2. Google Hangouts Meet. Reason for asking: Many people/companies are already working with MS teams or G-suite, choosing the same provider for the webinar platform gives easier integration. Thanks, Mike
Thank you! I came across your video while watching other videos about an AppSumo super deal that just started: LiveWebinar... It's probably fairly new/unknown (as are most of AppSumo deal), but is that something you would consider (considering that we could make huge saving with a one-time price for lifetime... boy, I would I would have been there when GotoWebinar offered it too)...?
Mannn I love your channel Steve. You are a Godsend. I'm signing up for Palooza. How do you think of this stuff? You're amazing. I am struggling with choosing a webinar software. Ugh!! Thanks again!
I just watched your recent your tube also on zoom meetings. What's the difference between sharing a powerpoint and chatting in a zoom meeting verses using zoom webinar?
Any thoughts on Stealth Seminar? I presume it's a lot like WebinarJam/EverWebinar, but any issues with reliability? I want to be able to do live and automated webinars, for sales & marketing purposes.
I have not used Stealth in 3 or 4 years, so I don't know how they are holding up. If you are patient wait till next month, we are testing out Big Marker through September, I have some real hopes it will rise to the top of the "Marketing Webinar Platform List"
IT nerd here, I would suggest to move towards cloud base webinar software. Yes the environment is crazy and out of control, but there is always a backup such as using a different browser. Also please follow the technical recommendations to the dot. For example if the site is asking for x component don't substitute for y component because more than likely it will either not work due to not being supported or it will work but not to it's maximum capacity. I always tell folks to have the following for any circumstance windows 10 machine -> chrome, Firefox, or brave browser -> and make sure you get yourself a nice webcam, not like 200$ worth just something that is of current times.
Steve, We are a theatre company seeking to provide online interviews with directors and actors during this COVID-19. I want to be able to switch viewpoints which we can moderate and adjust who is seeing which person's that should be a focus as if it were a broadcast. We want to be able to add graphics, content, and other visuals to make it interesting as well. Do you recommend anything?
Wow Steve, I have a lot to learn from you! I had a question.. I think you said you're in Canada? I am thinking of doing a partner webinar with a person in Canada (I am in the US). I heard about something called CASL - Canada Anti-Spam... do you know if we can do lead capture keeping in mind the parameters of CASL? Much appreciated. ~Jennifer Kumar
Sure you can if you are following the opt in rules CASL is very similar to GDPR, you need to make sure people know what they are signing up for and respect their privacy. But you should be able to list build with your Canadian partner just fine.
Steve, I'm a baseball coach and now that I can't be with my kids, I want to send them training and practice tips. I really would like to talk with you to get some pointers. Please let me know how I can contact you.

Webinar s have less interaction between participants. It si for presentation rather than conversation.
