- Fifth, final, and fastest run (45.937) today at the first WDCR SCCA Autocross of 2024. Finished second in a large field of 9 STH drivers, by less than 4 tenths. Realized my tire gauge was off by 4 psi so I had been running lower tire pressure than I thought. Car responded well to higher pressure (what I though I had been running) and softer suspension settings than normal. 20th in PAX and 21st raw time out of 117, with the BIG caveat that the last heat was wet.

Despite the differences in our cars, we had extremely similar lines. We're either both doing it right or doing it wrong!

Thanks Meyer. It's definitely not your typical "pushy" FWD. I've actually had too much rotation recently but I'm learning to accelerate through it rather than back off. Softening up the rear suspension has helped that too. Wish you had had dry runs to test your new setup. See you in a few weeks.
Nice work man! This event was my first ever experience with autocross and it was awesome! Loved seeing your car around. Apparently I misclassed my car and I should've been in STH with you.
I actually just signed up for the next PCA Potomac event and saw you're also from Centreville! I'll come say hi if I see you around at that event. :)
