subics adcantage is just having an ocean in it but majority clark has it all.

A lot actually and this is not the whole CDC. The bigger projects and developments though are in Clark Green City at the moment which is different from this and it’s actually within the Pampanga-Tarlac provinces.

The initial target was 2030 actually including the commuter rail from Clark. I hope it will be like BGC in 2040 if development won’t stop.

Di naman ganon kabilis magdevelop ng big and economically sustainable city lol. Bago nila maimove ang government agencies dyan, kaylangan meron silang incentives sa workers na magmomove sa clark. Kaylangan magdevelop yong city para makumpleyo yong amenities and necessities. Mga investor and business owners na gusto maginvest ay need din maincentivized at first para dumami yong local varieties ng business, at syempre iisipin ng business investors kung sustainable at kikita sila. Titingnan nila market sa clark. Ano bang population ng clark, unti unti yan. Di biglaan.
@@King-2077 ang bottom line yan yun road network,at isa pa kakaunti lang ang market ng CGC,di gaya MM,na may 16M population,marami pa dapat gawin sa Clark,para ma attrack mo ang taga MM na mag relocate,sana nga lang i fast track ng gobyerno ang mga proyekto nila para mapabilis ang progress ng Clark
@@metamaka6538 unfair ang comparison mo, you cant use metro manila as a whole. Metro manila is not a city but a region, it has several big cities like taguig, makati paranaque etc. Na lahat neighboring cities lang. bottom line is, yong incentives ng mga tao para magmove sa clark ang importante as well as the investors din. All will take time, one development at a time, then pag naging okay, automatic na magkakaron ng migration dahil sa opportunities available.
