Special Apple Cake Recipe | Outstanding Recipe ‼

You have eaten many apple cakes which are fairly good but this apple cake by ‪@GulfisKitchen‬ looks quite unique & taste outstanding.

Ingredients-
1 cup Sugar
100 gm butter
2 Eggs
1tsp vanilla
1/2 cup Curd
1 cup All purpose Flour
1tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt
2 Apples
Method-
1) Mix sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla essence & curd.
2)To it add the flour, baking powder & salt.
3)Whisk the batter until smooth light & creamy.
4)Slice 2 apples
5) Grease a rectangular baking dish.
6)Pour the batter & give it a little tap, to even up the batter.
7)Now carefully arrange the slice apples on top of batter.
8)Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30mins or until a skewer inserted in the Centre comes out clean.
9) Take out when done & let it rest for 10-15 mins.
10)Slice it & enjoy
