I have to say it is a pleasure watching your videos. I started tinkering with blacksmithing some years ago while recuperating from major knee surgery and I have watched them ever since. Every new vid that you post is like Christmas and it makes me wish that I had the set-up that you do. Keep forging and I will keep wishing!
Well Sir, thanks! These videos take some effort with tool building and all, but I enjoy them and hope it encourages the next generation of smiths to forge something great.
Аккуратнее кузнеца я невидедел во всем ютубе. Чистота в кузнице как в операционной. Все инструменты чистые и красивые любой из них приятно взять в руки.
I follow a lot of knife makers on RUclips, I’m not sure there are many that have tools as well thought out as what I see here. I new to the art and am actually building the Jeremy Schmidt grinder right now. Looks like I have another good resource to learn from.
I'd love to see a guided tour of your workshop, would that ever be a video you'd be willing to do? I'd also love to see a short explanation for some of the different hammers, tongs, and so on, for what the difference is, and what you'd use them for, as some of them are beyond my ken.
This was made over three years ago, but just wanted to tell you that I really enjoy the videos and I hope you continue to make them. The kiss block for the hammer is just outrageously ingenious. If you don’t mind answering, what size/thickness or the blocks? It looks to be a quarter and a half inch maybe
Thanks, I've been taking a break from video work but will probably start filming again late Spring. Blocks are in 1/8" increments. Once it gets thicker than 1", I switch to dedicated drop in blocks up to 2".
That kiss block fixture is genius.
I really enjoy your videos. Very clean work. I know these videos take a lot of effort to record, edit, etc. I really appreciate your time and effort!
😊Great work , thanks for shearing .
Realy amazing work with powerhammer 👍😊
Love the scenery of the garden and putting these gems to use on harvesting from the growing beds! Elegant little paring knife🎩
I am very happy to see your all-in-one tool and your work👍👍👍👍

@@rigoniironworks I recently retired from my career in Corrections, so forging something great is on the bucket list. Thanks for what you do.
Just ordered mine! Can't wait to use it!
Magic hand 💯👍
Love 💖 from India 🇮🇳
Very cool! Your tooling is incredible.
Very nice! Once again, planing, tooling, gentle assault wins the day. The steel will yield. You just have to show it where to go.
Excellent work!
Nice knife you make it look so easy , Grate set up on the power . :)

Have you seen/heard of "Forged in Fire?"
Televised competitive bladesmithing. I think you would do quite well.
Hello, I was asked, but not my thing.
