My old cat , Lenny pen , was like this ! She Passed Away 3 years ago Sometimes i feel her ghost , jump on my bed , and lay on my feet , like she used to do . The 1st time i Was Startled , but after that i was relaxed with it .
I like to think that they're still around, they haunt us in the sweetest way to show that they're still with us. My 1st cat clover would be my shadow, she'd always sleep on my pillow. I swear to this day out of the corner of my eye I still see her years later, following me around and I too feel her standing on my pillow at night. I just hope she doesn't think I'm ignoring her if it is her haunting me, so I occasionally talk to her still lol

I also need to learn how to open my heart more in more than 1 area of my life which I unfortunately struggle with now. It's a small stepping stone, but I've learned how to let my cat in more where sometimes he will rub against me up in my chest, but then curl up in the front of my legs rather than chest. And other times, he'll sleep behind my legs, but sometimes he'll squeeze himself into the back part of my knee as they're bent & I literally cannot roll over onto my back when he does this. I always sleep on my side, but then at 1 time or another, I'm always rolling onto my back and then back on to my side.
I love it when the misinformed say cats are aloof and don't need us around...they just require love and patience and what they give in return is PRICELESS. I can't imagine my world without them. And Minnie is PRECIOUS, her loves her daddy and her snuggles ❤❤❤

She can see things that humans don't see, & the importance of not missing out on all the warmth & company of her protector, while important to her protector, "Minnie" holds that value much deeper than we can understand, bless her soul, her spirit, her effort.

Fortunately I have a brand new 2 month old kitten and he's a long hair orange kitty and he is my first kitten in more than 55 years and he sleeps with me every night ❤❤❤❤❤❤
That's so sweet! My 2 cats rarely sleep next to my face. They are usually at the foot of the bed, before I go to sleep and/or after I wake up. I would love it if they cuddled at night! They are still sweet kitties.

Cats are awesome. I had one slept with me for 16 years. When I had to get up in the middle of the night, he would let me up and then wait on the bedside table until I came back and then tucked in with me. Hard to sleep for a good long while after he passed over.❤
Please tuck her in with you when you go to bed ; it’s a truly amazing thing that your cat loves you that much ! Treat her with love / affection and kindness ..poor baby was struggling to go under the covers to cosy up .
