I think it is a Airbus A300.... I'm not sure why it sounded like a boeing GPWS but they might have used a GPWS module from a boeing if thats even possible
He didn't, the autopilot will make minor adjustments but not as much as a pilot will as shown at 0:43 (The Left then right then left then right)... especially on a calm weather like that.
