Who decided Bonnie Paul and Railway Brawler should have reach? Like, these cards are bonkers but at least give the opponent to get by them with fliers or something. You literally can't beat either without removal.

people really dont like milling themselves, cause theyre afraid they'll mill their bombs. this set has so much damn recursion though that you should pretty much always mill yourself unless you have a dedicated mill theme. I guess the exception is if you got a deck with very few wincons and no recursion, then you might not want to mill yourself. but thats very rarely the case.

You cast it for free but you are still casting a spell. Plotting it doesn’t trigger.
@@AlJennXander Yea but it isn't cast from your hand so it meets the wranglers condition since it was already plotted the previous turn.

So is it normal to 1-3 a deck with vaultborn tyrant and Bonny Paul? Or am I just horrifically bad or terribly unlucky.
What ramp and other back up cards you have? And draw and removal? Snakeskin veil?
Cause in the simic deck you need to ramp and draw.
Cards like dance of the tumble weeds would have been nice and if you had access to a third color it would have made a difference.
@@Tuturial464 blue was the splash. 1 dance, 1 throw from saddle, 1 desert due, 3 consuming ashes.
@dcijluther4015 it's a lot of work unless you have plenty of fixing in green. Especially for Two blue pips. You would need 4 blue sources at the very least and in deserts along with ramping.
@dcijluther4015 I was base green and had of lot of color fixer. When I opened bonny in pack 3 I was able to play since i had plenty of fixing and added blue cards.
FYI I was passed plenty of green and opened up a goldvein hydra pack 2
You need ramp and colors friend.
