When I started listening to this I would never have guessed what the teaching would be - a question - "how can I serve you" to my inner self. I did not have a bad life as an only child of a single parent, but as a young child I was constantly told - do what you're told and don't answer back; don't contradict your mother; don't raise your voice , or else ! the "or else" bit didn't usually come to anything but I was never able to just be myself out of fear- a vague unknown fear and as a result never able to trust myself. Most of that has been resolved now, but Matt's teaching never fails to surprise and add another dimension of understanding. Thank you.

Matt put me in a literal trance state, I was fully working with my subconscious applying the teaching to every aspect of it. Healing so many aspects of myself, I woke up on another level.
I ate pasta late last night. I could feel the effect in my body this morning. I just said to myself, "From now on, I am going go to bed with an empty stomach so I will wake up nice and early feeling refreshed." Then, I laughed and I laughed. Still unlearning my spiritual ego self talk. Liking myself, even with the late night pasta feeding. It was DELISH!!

Matt, your teaching has given me the breath that I've been living without my entire life. To say that your teaching has been transformative would be a major understatement. Wonderful!!! I wanted to add, when I was traveling in Europe to expand myself through integrating other cultures through my myriad of experiences, I often met with criticism. Because I 'knew' I could learn from this, I always thanked the other person for that criticism and then deeply considered what they said. The gratitude was very disarming to them.... I now know why. They were attacking me and I was not only turning the other cheek but giving gratitude. I also learned that while I'm sure I was doing something to trigger them (EVERYTHING is a co-creation) I was only PART of the co-creation, at which point I stopped taking FULL responsibility for these occurrences and got into more balance with it all. Thank you so much for such wonderful teachings, which I always forward to my list of 1100 lightworkers each month. You're truly a blessing to the whole planet!!!!!
I heard Matt last winter say something like, nothing i ve done in the past requires me to do penance. Its over. being there, done that. THANK YOU for addressing trauma..directly. I don't want to carry it around or make it part of my story I tell others, but I really want to deal with it and finally feel healing. Thank you again. Seeing the perspective of someone showing me how they are hurting is sooo helpful. I have not known how to deal with childhood trauma at all until this moment. So many complicated books until now..and nothing. ..this is the most amazing gift to let myself have. Thank you! (Did I already say that? haha!)

This is so powerfull, I´m using this precious teaching everyday, and it really ends the inner war (the pain is there, fear is there, anger is there, and they are treated with love and kindness)! I am grateful beyond words! This is fantastic. And one curious thing I was noticing these days, on all the other guides, masters or teachers I know, I end up projecting a negative aspect of myself. With Matt, this just doesn´t happen, I don´t know why.

Matt, Can I please be one of "those" people who asks a ton of questions for just a minute? In what way would it be appropriate to ask questions? (Is that even allowed?) I love your messages. They are the first videos that I've seen where the message....every word just reaches inside me and completely grabs on and won't let go. My soul just perks up and takes notice every time it hears your voice. It recognizes the truth in the things you say. I've been wondering, if we are all divine, and we all are "equal" (I'm not sure how else to word it), then why is it that some people (such as yourself) have the opportunity to be guided directly by the masters and angels, and others don't? I can't help but think that life would have been a lot less traumatic and painful, should there have been angels popping in and out, teaching me things along the way. And wouldn't everyone in the world be more kind and loving, if angels just appeared, now and again, and just flat out told them "Hey, no worries, everything is groovy. Just keep that chin up. It will all work out." Is it maybe about having faith? And if it is, then how can someone really teach having faith, if they never had to really have faith because they have SEEN with their own eyes what the rest of us can only imagine? Not that I'm saying that takes away from faith necessarily, or undermines any teaching of faith- it certainly doesn't. Or maybe the whole thing is about experiencing different life paths, and choices. Divine looks to express and experience in every possible way, and some just so happen to be Divine experiencing and expressing one who sees and is guided by angels. Others, not so much. ?? Did I just answer my own question? And I know you say that abuse means 'game over', but do you have any words, in the meantime, for those who might be, in the process of working on SAFELY escaping the situation? Sometimes, that takes a little while- after all, 70% of all injury or death occurs when the woman tries to, or does, leave- so the planning a safe escape thing is pretty important, I think. Is there any wisdom or comfort or encouragement to pass on, in that situation? I also often wonder what God/the angels/etc. have to say about sex. As in, are they 'marriage only' proponents? Or is it more just about a sacred honoring of the divine in two people? I'm sorry to verbally vomit all over your RUclips comments...if it isn't flagrantly obvious, I do not have any "spiritually minded" people in my life who I can ever talk to about these things. Neither are there people who- in my life- teach such things as you do. Sometimes it can seem as though -I live in a very small box. But... perception, perception, perception, right? LOL Anyway, thanks for your teachings, and encouragement, and love, and light, and just your all-around hardcore, gangster-level service. You are seriously awesome, and if you ever decided that you want a student/apprentice/mentor-ee/whatever, please know that I would want to be first on that list- I would give my word not to be quite so annoying with all the questions in real life. Is it obvious I'm starving?
Hey I hope you are still reading comments on this video, I heard Matt say in the soul contract/twin flame video that when awakening is being judged, its called depression. that one line stuck with me so deeply because I am feeling that way a lot lately and wanted you to expand on that, maybe help me understand what Matt may have meant by that. thank you so much love and light
+Tyler Gordon hey....i take it in a few ways... i think that we are given a "rest" when we are depressed... like the rest of us is catching up.. like a soul break.. i've had a few years when i was depressed after highs (medically diagnosed with bipolar)... and now i see it like i was integrating all the things that happened when i was high - huge downloads/reboots type thing so outside life was dropped away and everything appeared grey but really it was like being on pause... also like physical illness... like our higher self or the divine is saying stop for a while... i have also come to see depression as a blanket that came down over surpressed anger and other emotions... and so when we begin to love ourselves and what arises - be that anger or resentment or other things - slowly we allow ourselves to feel, instead of judging ourself about feeling those "bad" or "negative" emotions... its like letting out the black dog little by little... i still have days where i cry - but the rest of the time there is no deep gloom that i used to have for years underneath my otherwise bright (false) exterior!.. hope that helped a little?! blessings to you xxx
I really resonate with what you said secondly like it is a blanket. I do have hard time allowing myself to be whatever I feel because so many years of shunning anger and hatred. I understand that this gloomy feeling, feeling like im all alone must happen in order for me to come out the other side much more mature and developed than when I entered. Hi Matt, thought I would let you know what my elders have said about useing WE. When you use we, us and our ect. other than me, myself and I ect. especially when speaking publicly or to an audiance, its because your speaking from the oneness automatically. I was told that sometimes the elders will sit in the back of a room and count how many times a person will say I, when thay are speaking publicly and that gives them an idea of where there "at" in accordance to the law of one . So being that you are always using we instead of I especially unconsciously, just means your in accordance with the law of one when speaking. :)

Trust the timing of your life. If something is meant to happen, it's going to happen. And you can pray, ask, demand, visualize and affirm what you want, but if it's not meant to happen, it won't happen either. You still have a soul contract to fulfill. You will get there when you're meant to get there and not a moment sooner. The universe always sends us messages and clues to guide us through life. "You don't meet people by accident and nothing happens by coincidence, now knowing this, start paying attention." Surrender, and let life flow naturally. Trust that everything you're going through is preparing for what you've asked for. Nothing happens TO you, everything is happening FOR you. By Matt Kahn When we're aligned with our soul and life is not going our way, we are capable of believing a lot of things because it doesn't make sense why we don't have what we want. The truth is we want it because it's up ahead in a quantum reality waiting for us, once we become who we need to be to handle that properly. When we don't have what we want, there's an endless amount of ideas we are willing to believe that make sense. Because the bottom line is, people don't understand why they don't have what they want. Instead of the believe: if I don't have it right now, then maybe life is helping me using what I don't have to become something better, so I can handle it with grace when it comes my way. If we take this with faith, everything can be seen differently. So whatever you are capable of wanting has already occurred somewhere down the line. The wanting is only a confirmation of what you already are remembering what has already occurred, it's a very quantum thing. However, the spiritual journey is about not relying on what you want as if that's going fulfill you. You will get everything you want but it's not going to fulfill you anyway. True fulfillment is stepping into your mastery, and allowing your consciousness to become a living and embodied expression of spirit in action. Becoming love in form is really the fulfillment that nothing we attract or manifest can ever guarantee. So step into love now.

I am grateful beyond words! This is fantastic. And one curious thing I was noticing these days, on all the other guides, masters or teachers I know, I end up projecting a negative aspect of myself. With Matt, this just doesn´t happen, I don´t know why.

Matt, Can I please be one of "those" people who asks a ton of questions for just a minute? In what way would it be appropriate to ask questions? (Is that even allowed?) I love your messages. They are the first videos that I've seen where the message....every word just reaches inside me and completely grabs on and won't let go. My soul just perks up and takes notice every time it hears your voice. It recognizes the truth in the things you say.
I've been wondering, if we are all divine, and we all are "equal" (I'm not sure how else to word it), then why is it that some people (such as yourself) have the opportunity to be guided directly by the masters and angels, and others don't? I can't help but think that life would have been a lot less traumatic and painful, should there have been angels popping in and out, teaching me things along the way. And wouldn't everyone in the world be more kind and loving, if angels just appeared, now and again, and just flat out told them "Hey, no worries, everything is groovy. Just keep that chin up. It will all work out."
Is it maybe about having faith? And if it is, then how can someone really teach having faith, if they never had to really have faith because they have SEEN with their own eyes what the rest of us can only imagine? Not that I'm saying that takes away from faith necessarily, or undermines any teaching of faith- it certainly doesn't.
Or maybe the whole thing is about experiencing different life paths, and choices. Divine looks to express and experience in every possible way, and some just so happen to be Divine experiencing and expressing one who sees and is guided by angels. Others, not so much. ?? Did I just answer my own question?
And I know you say that abuse means 'game over', but do you have any words, in the meantime, for those who might be, in the process of working on SAFELY escaping the situation? Sometimes, that takes a little while- after all, 70% of all injury or death occurs when the woman tries to, or does, leave- so the planning a safe escape thing is pretty important, I think. Is there any wisdom or comfort or encouragement to pass on, in that situation?
I also often wonder what God/the angels/etc. have to say about sex. As in, are they 'marriage only' proponents? Or is it more just about a sacred honoring of the divine in two people?
I'm sorry to verbally vomit all over your RUclips comments...if it isn't flagrantly obvious, I do not have any "spiritually minded" people in my life who I can ever talk to about these things. Neither are there people who- in my life- teach such things as you do. Sometimes it can seem as though -I live in a very small box. But... perception, perception, perception, right? LOL
Anyway, thanks for your teachings, and encouragement, and love, and light, and just your all-around hardcore, gangster-level service. You are seriously awesome, and if you ever decided that you want a student/apprentice/mentor-ee/whatever, please know that I would want to be first on that list- I would give my word not to be quite so annoying with all the questions in real life.

Hey I hope you are still reading comments on this video, I heard Matt say in the soul contract/twin flame video that when awakening is being judged, its called depression. that one line stuck with me so deeply because I am feeling that way a lot lately and wanted you to expand on that, maybe help me understand what Matt may have meant by that. thank you so much

+Tyler Gordon hey....i take it in a few ways... i think that we are given a "rest" when we are depressed... like the rest of us is catching up.. like a soul break.. i've had a few years when i was depressed after highs (medically diagnosed with bipolar)... and now i see it like i was integrating all the things that happened when i was high - huge downloads/reboots type thing so outside life was dropped away and everything appeared grey but really it was like being on pause... also like physical illness... like our higher self or the divine is saying stop for a while...
i have also come to see depression as a blanket that came down over surpressed anger and other emotions... and so when we begin to love ourselves and what arises - be that anger or resentment or other things - slowly we allow ourselves to feel, instead of judging ourself about feeling those "bad" or "negative" emotions... its like letting out the black dog little by little... i still have days where i cry - but the rest of the time there is no deep gloom that i used to have for years underneath my otherwise bright (false) exterior!.. hope that helped a little?! blessings to you xxx
I really resonate with what you said secondly like it is a blanket. I do have hard time allowing myself to be whatever I feel because so many years of shunning anger and hatred. I understand that this gloomy feeling, feeling like im all alone must happen in order for me to come out the other side much more mature and developed than when I entered. Hi Matt, thought I would let you know what my elders have said about useing WE. When you use we, us and our ect. other than me, myself and I ect. especially when speaking publicly or to an audiance, its because your speaking from the oneness automatically. I was told that sometimes the elders will sit in the back of a room and count how many times a person will say I, when thay are speaking publicly and that gives them an idea of where there "at" in accordance to the law of one . So being that you are always using we instead of I especially unconsciously, just means your in accordance with the law of one when speaking. :)

Trust the timing of your life. If something is meant to happen, it's going to happen. And you can pray, ask, demand, visualize and affirm what you want, but if it's not meant to happen, it won't happen either. You still have a soul contract to fulfill. You will get there when you're meant to get there and not a moment sooner.
The universe always sends us messages and clues to guide us through life. "You don't meet people by accident and nothing happens by coincidence, now knowing this, start paying attention." When we're aligned with our soul and life is not going our way, we are capable of believing a lot of things because it doesn't make sense why we don't have what we want. The truth is we want it because it's up ahead in a quantum reality waiting for us, once we become who we need to be to handle that properly.
When we don't have what we want, there's an endless amount of ideas we are willing to believe that make sense. Because the bottom line is, people don't understand why they don't have what they want.
Instead of the believe: if I don't have it right now, then maybe life is helping me using what I don't have to become something better, so I can handle it with grace when it comes my way. If we take this with faith, everything can be seen differently.
So whatever you are capable of wanting has already occurred somewhere down the line. The wanting is only a confirmation of what you already are remembering what has already occurred, it's a very quantum thing.
However, the spiritual journey is about not relying on what you want as if that's going fulfill you. You will get everything you want but it's not going to fulfill you anyway.
True fulfillment is stepping into your mastery, and allowing your consciousness to become a living and embodied expression of spirit in action. Becoming love in form is really the fulfillment that nothing we attract or manifest can ever guarantee. So step into love now.
