- Is your laptop turning off abruptly while moving or with a minor jerk?
We have made this video to get you rid of this issue. We are using an Acer Aspire A515-51G laptop and we were facing similar issues. Then we came to know the solution after research and few experiments. We would like to share the solution with you and get your laptop back to work. This solution works for Acer, Dell, Asus, Lenovo where the battery is irremovable and the laptop gets off on the battery while moving or by a minor jerk.

I was suffering from this issue in my laptop from last 4 years and finally hard glued that ram cover just now and issue got fixed since the lock was damaged.
I am also facing this issue with my Acer Laptop and this video work perfectly for me and it worked on my Laptop...till now everything is fine and my issue solved. It is simple and short anybody can do it like myself, it works 100% if you don't have any other battery related issues

what is the purpose of this stupid button?..it's ridiculous to see your laptop not working just because of this shit switch. This leaves repair on technician's discretion, he would just claim that your motherboard is out or your battery needs replacement. this way they are making money as general population would never know the existence of this shit.

Lol its a button to make sure that your laptop is completely covered to avoid electric shocks. Thats why if its not pressed down, the laptop thinks the cover is open and wont turn it on.

Where is the button in asus laptop
I am facing one more problem on same Acer Laptop - Screen backlight use to flicker sometime at the time of lid open or close. Sometimes backlight just turn off. If I am not opening lid then, it will work absolutely fine. And idea about this issue 🙄
