I really loved celery juice made with cilantro and lemon. So tasty! But I found that the celery juice I thought would help my Sibo, actually caused bloating. I did a restrictive sibo diet for 3 months and then took a soil-based probiotic. Many of my debilitating symptoms were eliminated, but now that I allowed more processed foods back into my body, some have returned, so I’ve gone back to cutting out sugar, dairy and gluten (most of the time), and bought some digestive and gut health supplements. Already feeling a lot better after about a week. I also take a tbsp of olive oil and ACV most mornings and that seems to help with motility. I do intermittent fasting as well and don’t usually eat a meal until late afternoon. That gives my gut a rest and time for the lining to heal. I’m some days if I feel I need a boost, I’ll make a butter coffee with collagen powder and that keeps me full all day.
Hey there! Thanks for the video. Are you sure that the fruits in the smoothie are ok for sibo? I am finding so much contradicting information about the fruits 🤯
No I don't think so, at least for my case.
