  • Is PROTESTANT Baptism Valid? Can an ATHEIST baptize you? Are Non-Christians condemned to HELL? Catholicism is EXTREMELY ecumenical with Vatican II, the quotes at the end speak to the greatness of God's Mercy in being able to save people who have never heard the Gospel or do not know the Truths of the Church. I’m a Protestant. My life has been filled with the Holy Ghost and has been changed to follow God. Even though I disagree with a lot more of Catholic doctrine, I think they’re saved because they believe Jesus Christ. Romans 10:9

@@marissareynoso2325 Lets see, You are saved by grace through faith. That faith is in Jesus. Your telling me that if I disagree with your religion I am disagreeing with Jesus. What Bible verse is that?
In Matthew 16 Jesus startes his church. The meaning of 'Church' here, is a body of believers it is not a building or a religion. No where in Scriptures does it say Jesus started the Roman Catholic Church.

The first church was the book of Acts. Baptism in Jesus name after Christ ascended. Acts 2:38. Jesus Disciples fully submerging in water. That was Jesus, God's first church. No where in the bible is the word Catholic. No where anywhere......

      Baptism by Blood*
*For catholics: "... and that no one, whatever almsgiving he has practiced, [[[even if he has shed BLOOD for the name of Christ]]], can be saved, unless he has remained in the bosom and unity of the Catholic Church."
      - The Council of Florence (A.D. 1438-1445) From Cantate Domino - Papal Bull of Pope Eugene IV
So this destroys your two topics in one go, no baptism saves you expect when you're a slave to the pope, even if you are martyred for the name of Christ.

Jonney Shih being in the “bosom and unity of the Catholic Church” has nothing to do with being a “slave” to the Pope. You have no idea what you’re talking about. You don’t even have to be a member of the Church to be in some kind of unity with it.

Crazy life, You aren't baptised, because what the naughty Catholics don't tell you is, They tell lies about baptism and infant baptism.Every Greek meaning for, "Baptism", is by, "Total immersion", NOT by pouring water on a head. The Catholic church will tell you it's Ok to pore water on an infant as baptism, And they will says the early church Fathers did it. But the early TRUE Christians never poured water on people as a baptism, Because they knew the Biblical truth about baptism. There is nothing beautiful about the erroneous Catholic church.

The road to life is narrow and those who choose it are few. The road to ruin is wide. If that is true, then it seems that many of us, Catholic and Protestant, who may think we're bound for heaven will be in for a sad surprise. An interesting study is verses seemingly meant to comfort compared with verses meant to agitate. (The narrow/wide path message would be on the agitate side.) I suspect we spend too much time speculating about others' futures and not enough working out own salvation in fear and trembling.

      - The Council of Florence (A.D. 1438-1445) From Cantate Domino - Papal Bull of Pope Eugene IV

That's the interpretation of your tradition, but I don't believe it is the interpretation of the Church established by Christ. I think you are conflating two things here out of convenience. The verse is based on the two ways, which was a common theme in both pagan and previous Jewish literature, and more fleshed out in the context with which Christ taught in the Didache and the letter of St. Barnabas.

Great video, as usual! My one concern is to caution against anyone performing baptism on their own. That's not something encouraged by the church, even though, in a rare circumstance it can be validly done. It should be performed by your local parish priest or bishop. Otherwise we're promoting grandma to baptize her grandkids in the bathtub... Which isn't necessarily wrong, just problematic. That's why we ordain priests! They know what they're doing ;)

Nathan Johnston No ,she has become a catholic now. Catholics dont believe in sola scriptura or even prima scriptura. For a catholic the holy tradition is above scriptures. In fact, technically, what she is doing is not right according to catholicism. Only priests have the authority to interpret and teach the scriptures.

    • @nathanjohnston1967
      @nathanjohnston1967 6 лет назад +3

WRONG!!!! The Dogmatic Constitution on Divine Revelation is clear on the total equality of Scripture with Sacred Tradition when it says that "both Sacred Tradition and Sacred Scripture are to be accepted and venerated with the same sense of loyalty and reverence" because together they "form one sacred deposit of the word of God, committed to the Church." So, in one sense, Scripture has no primacy over Tradition, but an ancient tradition holds that the word of God, though equally authoritative in whichever form it comes, comes primarily in the form of Sacred Scripture, and thus we should seek for Sacred Doctrine primarily in the Scriptures. Thomas Aquinas says: "[S]acred doctrine...properly uses the authority of the canonical Scriptures as an incontrovertible proof, and the authority of the doctors of the Church as one that may properly be used, yet merely as probable. For our faith rests upon the revelation made to the apostles and prophets who wrote the canonical books, and not on the revelations (if any such there are)made to other doctors." For this reason, some sources say that prima scriptura is the normative Catholic approach. Btw I am a Catholic too....

For with the judgment you make you will be judged, and the measure you give will be the measure you get. 3 Why do you see the speck in your neighbor’] eye, but do not notice the log in your own eye? Or how can you say to your neighbor, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ while the log is in your own eye? Thank you for this! A friend of mine had an emergency baptism done on his mom before she passed away. Since she was not catholic and he was, he had to get special permission from a bishop before she could be baptized. In my Protestant Church we believe that you only have one baptism and that when you’re baptized water is poured on your head rather than you being immersed in water for baptism and it’s also a Trinitarian baptism.

I wish getting saved was as easy as getting baptized. The living water that Jesus speaks of in John 4, John 7 is a real experience. I have felt that living water flowing out of my heart but it had nothing to do with water baptism. I came to a point in life, the end of myself, seeing the rawness of my sin before a holy God and I cried out to Him in that place of brokenness and He came in.

Baptism is the first step, but does not mean that you will be saved later on in your life. Not knowing whether you are a Christian Catholic or from another denomination, I'll share my personal moment of true conversion. I used to mock those who would fall asleep when they would be prayed on until many years later, a Catholic priest whom I initially did not know personally told those in attendance to please be careful to make sure no one got hurt. I did not pay attention until I stood in front of him and as he was laying his hands on me, I just went down to the floor and felt the most beautiful, restful experience in my life. At this point, I was totally aware of what was happening to me but had no control of what I was experiencing. There are others, but I will not go into details only to say that GOD IS REAL and GOD BLESS YOU!

AAbnR, thank you for sharing. I agree water baptism does not guarantee salvation. I believe salvation is a work of the Holy Spirit, when we come to know God in rebirth. I study it every day. The narrative, the news, the claims, the proofs are jaw dropping, beyond wonderful, and an anchor for both mind and soul. If it does not light someone's fire, then their wood is wet. When I read, ponder, meditate, contemplate, muse, I along with Nicodemus cry out "How can these things be?" so marvelous they are.

The protestants brought up an interesting view of baptism, that the grace is created by conscious belief. That Protestant churches in my opinion create through good preaching, singing, the environment for the presence of God.
Catholics don't effect the presence of God in worship. He is there, whether we have a good lesson or if all the readers are faulty and a given that our singing is garbage. All that does not matter, we do not create the presence of God. Nor does any personal emotional feeling call him. He is there because his grace is there in the blood and the body. The church is Metaphysical both material, us and the spiritual, the body and blood and the presence. It is the same in baptism, we can't force grace. If baptism is necessary for salvation, plus intellectual acceptance, then the handicapped are lost, those in comas, the elderly who has mental health problems and infants are outside the grace of God.
Soiler alert The angel called Mary by her name Chaire Kecharitomemo, she was prefectly filled completely with grace before the foundation of the world and continues in her present and into the future. Was she aware of the grace reserved for her did God through the angel make the grace conditional on a conscious understanding of the gift?

Shedding blood for Christ---acceptable substitution for Baptism? The general opinion is yes. You could say it is a subset of baptism of desire---if a person loved the Lord enough to die for Him surely had explicit or implicit baptism of desire, I think we could deduce. What Eugene IV and the Council of Florence were talking about were members of schismatic or heretical sects who died for Christ ---not acceptable. Catechumens dying for Christ---acceptable.

Hi Lizzie! May I suggest you to use and quote a Catholic translation of the Bible? The NIV is a protestant translation, I don't know about the NRSV, but it's better to use those versions approved by the Catholic Church. For example I know the "Revised Standard Version Catholic Edition" is a good one, but you can ask your parish priest for his suggestion.

    • @rah3507
      @rah3507 6 лет назад

Phoenix Yes the RSV published by Ignatius Press run by my former professor of Christology Fr. Joseph Fessio, that is quite good. The Douay Rheims is also classic as is the Jerusalem. The NASB while not being Catholic is a translation directly from Koine into modern day English. Useful for certain things but it is missing the dueterocanonicals.

    • @DroidFuel
      @DroidFuel 6 лет назад

If you are Catholic then you should use the Douay Rheims which is a direct translation from the Latin Vulgate. Vulgate was translated by St. Jerome and was the official bible of the Catholic Church until the 1960s. St Jerome's story is a remarkable one.
The RSVCE removed the Comma Johanneum. This is a big problem for me.
"If anyone does not accept as sacred and canonical the
aforesaid books in their entirety and with all their parts, as they have been accustomed
to be read in the Catholic Church and as they are contained in the old Latin
Vulgate Edition, and knowingly and deliberately rejects the aforesaid
traditions, let him be anathema." ~ Council of Trent

My grandmother gave me a NAB bible for my first communion. Not sure what edition/version it is but other than some poorly translated verses, it seems like a pretty good bible. I like the footnotes and the intros to each book which help me better understand it when I'm reading. Does anyone have any other views on the NAB?

But she's explaining Catholic stuff to a whole lot of people who are non-Catholics, as well as to Catholics, and the former may not willingly accept a Catholic translation/version, so her use of the NIV is reasonable in this situation. You can look the citations up in your own RSV-CE easily enough. ;-)

#6 is not totally accurate. While the Catholic Church does teach that anyone can baptize as long as it is done in the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost, there is a caveat to that....this can only be done in an emergency situation where an unbaptized person is dying or in fear for their life and a priest isn't readily available. You cannot just have anyone baptize you, any time or anywhere and expect the Church to honor that baptism. Even if you are baptized by a lay person in an emergency situation and you end up living through that, the Church teaches that you should be officially baptized by a priest as soon as possible in order to ensure that you are validly baptized.

Thanks you Lizzie. Do you see how the seven facts of Catholic baptism don’t condemn but leave room for possibilities and circumstances etc? Versus, the flagrant judgmental saying that, “All Catholics are going to hell.” You know there’s something wrong with the statement and is a product of the spirit of error. This is one example of distinguishing the Holy Spirit and the compassion and love of Christ remaining intact. Some not all nor to say this about unsuspecting good people, but some Protestantism tends to be a product of the void of proper baptism and the trinitarian spiritual concept. The statement gives false testimony and retains corruption. This is not “faith” but more of a competitive predominance concept and marketing idol under the claim of Christianity.

It doesn’t ) that didnt survive and doesn’t discount the 7 baptisms versus the Protestant one and only MODERN day proclamation that “ALL Catholics are going to HELL???” Do you really think Christ would do that? Why didn’t the Protestant declaration include purgatory and some flexibility and the classic Christian basics of forgiveness in the role of playing God himself. The rewards of Christian Martyrdom is not determined right then and there but by the course of history and research studies of the life of martyrs. One example is Saint Joan of Arc who was burned at the stake for heresy. Does that mean the Church is wrong from its birth, and that it’s foundation should be removed and invalidated? What Christ began is not to be invalidated by some corrupt idiot who took the papacy or some politicking bishop who condemned Joan of Arc. She is remembered for her bravery and canonized by the very Church she died for. God is timeless and not by mans clock.

In short it is possible for Protestants to be saved (and it is possible for people who appear to be perfectly good Catholics to be damned). There's a need for clairity in what the "no salvation outside the Church" quote, but Moses King isn't really helping, because he's explaining what he understands it to be, not what the magisterium that originates the quote understands it to mean.

We are cleansed of mortal sin in confession which is a Catholic thing but it is worth noting that while we are limited to the sacraments, God is not, so it is possible that you could be cleansed of mortal sin by some other act of God, but God hasn't established what that could possibly entail and since God has established the sacrament of confession I personally would rather accept the gift I know He has given rather than role the dice.

    My Testimony of Jesus Christ
The worst day of my life happened in May or June 2011 and I remember it like yesterday. I was walking home to my apartment, down the corridor to my apartment door, carrying shopping bags with my weekly shopping food. I was so depressed, anxious, lonely, full of hopelessness and despair. That I started to stumble and wobbly and shake so much that the food in the shopping bags fell out and i just opened my apartment door ran through my hallway and collapsed on my kitchen floor, laying in the fetal position there, staring at the kitchen knifes thinking about killing myself.
I lay there 5 hours and every demon in hell and satan himself was saying in my head to kill myself, that I was useless and that no one would care. It was only by the Grace of God that I some how crawled to my bed and fell asleep that day and woke up the next day alive. I know for a fact that if I died that day I was going straight to hell. Less than a year later Jesus Christ saved me from all that pain and anguish , God was drawing me so much to him that I seen a random video on RUclips about a ex prisoner christian testimony at the end of that video he said say this sinners prayer with all your heart and believe.
So I did and a second or 2 after I had said that prayer I felt God's amazing loving presence for the first time in my life. Instantly all my burdens and troubles were gone, I felt a indescribably peace and tears of joy started running down my face and I know that, that was Jesus Christ who visited me that night in my bedroom of my parents house and I have been walking with Jesus my best friend and my everything every day since. I have said this testimony before here and am only doing so because I care about each and everyone of you and i want to see you all in heaven some day.
Jesus loves you so much, that he died for you on a cross at Calvary for you and me and everybody else sins. All you have to is believe and put your trust and faith in Jesus Christ, repent and you will go to heaven. Do not deny the gift that Jesus wants us all to accept freely. I did nothing to accept salvation and eternal life in heaven except cry out to Jesus. Hell is real and if you deny Jesus and reject him, you will go to hell. Please put your trust in Jesus and his gospel/God's word. Hope Jesus is your Lord and Savior and you find salvation and eternal life in heaven soon. No matter what you have done, Jesus will forgive you. If God can save me, he can save anybody.

If we want to be saved we must follow Christ (John 10:27-29) and do what he says (Luke 6:46-49)
We should not be so arrogant to search for an except and tell God you not going to do what he say because this other guy didn't and he was saved.
He is God and can do what he wants, save who he wants.
We are his Church and do what he tells us.
      God bless you

    Saint Augustine (died A.D. 430):
"No man can find salvation except in the Catholic Church. Outside the Catholic Church one can have everything except salvation. One can have honor, one can have the sacraments, one can sing alleluia, one can answer amen, one can have faith in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost, and preach it too, but never can one find salvation except in the Catholic Church." Moses King St Augustine didn't mean the Catholic Church as in the Roman Church, he condemned the Roman Church and excommunicated all African bishops who appealed to Rome.
      That's the Council of Carthage 419 A.D.
What he says in a no brainer but reversed priorities, it's like saying "outside the saved there is no salvation", putting emphasis wrongly on the saved instead of the saving.

Ki Adi Mundi From Wikipedia, see Sources section:
      Council of Carthage 419.
During the Council Saint Augustine and Saint Aurelius condemned Pope Zosimus for interfering with the African Church's jurisdiction by falsifying the text of Canon 5 of the First Council of Nicaea. They further warned Pope Zosimus, and later Pope Celestine I, not to "introduce the empty pride of the world into the Church of Christ" and to "keep their Roman noses out of African affairs".
The Council ruled that no bishop may call himself "Prince of Bishops" or "Supreme Bishop" or any other title which suggests Supremacy(Canon 39). It also ruled that if any of the African clergy dared to appeal to Rome, "the same was ipso facto cast out of the clergy". (Canon 34)
Notice he said "The Church of Christ", even St Augustine, the RCC biggest doctor is again it.

Jonney Shih. At the time of Augustine the Catholic Church was ONLY the Roman Catholic Church. The Church of Christ was ONLY the Roman Catholic Church. The Church was ONLY the Roman Catholic Church. Augustine was converted by a famous Roman Catholic Bishop. In Italy we study Augustine, the Fathers and History of Christianity with scientific criteria. Here in Italy even the dummies know that in 400 CE there was ONLY the Roman Catholic Church on the earth. The protestant denominations were born after Luther, in 1500 CE.
Please do study history, not your anti-catholic lies. Remember that bearing false witness is a very serious sin. You are telling dirty lies about the Catholic Church. Go and read all the books of Saint Augustine, at least! ---- By the way: the word "roman" was added by Protestants to make fun of the Catholic Church. Today we Catholics take the name "Roman" as a pride. Just like the Cross of Jesus Christ: from shameful symbol to the greatest symbol of His Glorious Victory.
Stop slandering the One True Church of Christ! Stop slandering the only Church who made you known the Lord Jesus Christ !

I love your videos Lizzie! This fall I'm taking a class for my religion gen ed about early to mid Christianity, so I am hoping to learn for myself whether the Catholic or Orthodox Churches are legitimate through actual study. I'm afraid, though. My whole life could change. So I guess my question is, what if it seems like Catholicism COULD be true, but I'm too afraid to actually join it? What about the paranoia that I just simply can't know it is or isn't the truth and feel it's safer to stay with my nondenominational evangelical church? Is that worthy of damnation in the catholic church? That scares me. Within my church there is a certain comfort when a loved one dies and we know they accepted the salvation Jesus offers so they will be in heaven, and it doesn't matter what church they were a part of--if they're Christian, they will be in heaven! but I sort of get this fearful vibe from Catholicism when it comes to this topic and I'm not sure I want that to be true that at the end of the day accepting Jesus' death as a sacrifice for my sins might not be enough for me to be with him when I die. I don't know if any of that made sense Lizzie but I felt the need to say all that.

Stephanie, you, by your word, I know you are confused about the Trinity, and by the spirit of you and your word, I know you would like a response.
And that, pretty much sums up the concept of the Trinity. There is God, His Word (the Son), and His Spirit that binds not just God and His Word together, but also grafts His children (us) to God as well.
Just as your word serves you, the Word of God serves God, yet your word is Stephanie and God’s Word is God and serves God. The spirit of you and your word emanates from you and is delivered via your word and serves both you and your word. The same is true of the Holy Spirit which emanates from the Father and is delivered via Christ.
Stephanie, her word, and her spirit are all Stephanie just as God, His Word, and the Holy Spirit are all God. Equal in essence yet distinct in role and function, but fully united and One.
Jesus is God’s Word made flesh.

    • @Stephanie-qi1ls
      @Stephanie-qi1ls 6 лет назад +1

Stephen Johnson I'm just confused about the idea that Jesus is God. I know he is fully man and fully God, but he never said so in the Bible. There are many times in the Bible when Jesus would talk to the father and pray to him. So if I were to go to heaven right now, would I see both of them? Or just 1 person? A friend of mine once said, "he's the prince, the son of God, so he inherited his father's power and that's how he had the ability to forgive sins and heal people." So is Jesus really God (king) after all? It kinda make sense that he would be the prince because he's the son of God.

    • @alimariehere
      @alimariehere 6 лет назад +4

Stephanie Le I’m not sure I agree with your friend’s statement of “inheriting” anything because he existed simultaneously with God before time. Christ’s existence was, too, eternal. So would you see separate entities? It’s beyond human comprehension, but they are entertained. In the OT Moses saw God’s body, but couldn’t see his face or he would die. Jesus is a part of God. They are each eternal; father, son & spirit, 3 entities in one United being. I struggled a lot with this! Maybe this vid is actually better ruclips.net/video/APT3JUmNbP4/видео.html

John 10:30 “I and the Father are one”
John 8:58 Jesus said to them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was born, I am."
John 20:28 Thomas answered and said to Him, “My Lord and my God!”
Those are just three verses that point to His divinity.
It can be very confusing when you hear of Jesus being under the Father’s authority, but if you view such passages through the lens I provided you, it will become much clearer. I wrestled with the doctrine of the Trinity for years, and this is what I found to be helpful.
Since Jesus is seated at the right hand of God, I would venture to say you will see Jesus, and, if we are able and live, will see the Father’s face. We will be united with Christ in a marital-type relationship forever. There is the beatific vision as well.
I’m a soon-to-be homeless Anglican looking to Rome as a new home although my past is evangelicalism.

The problem is that the Catholic Church has done a very poor job catechizing in the churches. Very little has gone into Catechizing children and 95% of the churches do not have a program to provide a religious education to children. One of the religious educational teaches I spoke with does not believe in Catholic truth, and sees the Church as misogynist, she is an avowed feminist. She also told me that she often tell her students that they do not have to believe what the Church teaches. There are too many systemic problems in Catholic schools that the church needs to actively take the reins in religious education

    • @mephi654
      @mephi654 6 лет назад

The official teaching of the Roman Catholic Church in it's Catechism teaches:
1263 By Baptism all sins are forgiven, original sin and all personal sins, as well as all punishment for sin. In those who have been reborn nothing remains that would impede their entry into the Kingdom of God, neither Adam's sin, nor personal sin, nor the consequences of sin, the gravest of which is separation from God.
      .
      .
      However, Christ said:
53 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. - John 6:53
      .
"...Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you."
      .
      .
      .
We know that infants neither *believe* nor *partake* of the bread and wine. So, whether Christ is actually referring to matters of faith (as I believe), or to the actual act of eating the physical bread in Communion (as Catholicism believes) . . . _NEITHER_ thing is done by infants.
Christ himself declared, that they (infants) have no spiritual life in them. Yet, Catholicism says that these infants are born into the Spirit and his kingdom in that way. One is right, and the other is wrong; choose.
      .
      .
      .
While you're mulling that one over consider the Eucharist. We're told it (the bread) literally becomes the body, soul, and divinity of Christ. There's a rarely considered problem with this claim. Visualize what happened in the Last Supper. It was Christ that blessed and broke the bread. It was his own hands that passed it to his disciples.
How could the bread in his hands be Christ, when he was sitting right there? Wouldn't that mean there were *_TWO_* Christ's in that room at the same time? It's time to start thinking people; because you're running out of time.
      .

    • @mephi654
      @mephi654 6 лет назад

      Lastly, and most importantly -
By definition, you cannot possibly BELIEVE that the work has been accomplished, if you think it's going to be accomplished this coming Sunday morning (in Mass).
To actually be a Believer in the gospel, you must believe the debt has been paid. You must believe that the work is "Finished". That God has proven that he is satisfied *BY* raising Christ from the dead (Romans 1:4; Romans 4:24; Romans 10:9).
If you seek to accomplish satisfying God this weekend, then you do not currently believe that he is satisfied. You are denying the very gospel with your participation in the Mass.
      .
      .
      .
Do not buy their lies, that because God exists outside of time he sees the sacrifice in the present. God is not the one called to put his faith in the act, you are. You are called to put *_your_* faith in his death. Since we see time in a linear fashion, it is a past event to us. You are called to put your faith in a past (accomplished) event. And as I said, God has declared that he is satisfied when he raised his Son from the dead.
It is a fine nuance, but our enemy specializes in such nuance. If he can convince you to not trust in the only thing that will save - Christ's accomplished work - then you will be lost. Looking forward to it will not save. We must look back and believe. We must trust in what has been accomplished.
      .

@@mephi654 Before Jesus started talking about how people were going to be required to eat His Body and drink His Blood at John 6:48-69 He performed the miracle of multiplying the loaves and fishes. What do these things have to do with each other? Jesus multiplied the loaves and fishes precisely to pregigure how He would be multiplying His Body and Blood throughout the world. At the Last Supper Jesus stood there (or sat there) and His Body and Blood were there on the table at the same time. Today, at Mass in Chicago, Mexico City, London, Paris, Prague, Nairobi, New Delhi, and Tokyo, Jesus will be present on Catholic altars.
In the last century there was an Italian priest, now a saint, who could miraculously be in two places at one time. He was concelebrating Mass with Cardinal Mindszenty in Budapest and present at his own parish church in Italy at the same time. "Bilocation", it is called. This is what Jesus does in the Eucharist---He bilocates Himself all over the world.

Hey, I have something to say. Only in the Catholic Church are you saved, no other denominations are saved. It really depends. And if you think I'm being harsh or irrational, what's the point of saying the truth when nearly everything is called being judgemental?

    • @noyou1320

      GOD IS TRUTH
"It really depends" God says quite explicitly that "only a few will be chosen". More people people go to Hell than Heaven and that's the truth. It's not like I condemned them to hell, it's because they're following the wrong order and a man-made church.
Not saying the truth and letting people believe their false crap is what leads them to hell. A lot of Modern Catholics are weak and try not to be "judgemental" but when you think about it. You're just condemning the truth and condemning those who you let go believe in false lies. Telling the truth these days is now known as "Judgemental". So what? I never condemned anyone but they have condemned themselves for believing in a hostile pig Martin Luther and a Womanizing Freak Joesph Smith.

That is correct salvation is available to all mankind. And you are correct ONLY God decides whom is saved and whom is condemned. So when you hear people say this person is saved that person is not saved how do they actually know how God will judge them? As Christians we say we are saved because of our Baptism and the other Sacraments of the Church but even St. Paul states to work out our salvation with fear and trembling he directed this towards a Baptized Christians. So because of mortal sin a person can fall out of God's Grace the Sanctifying Grace is not gone rather the person chooses not to co-operate with the Sanctifying Grace within themselves and if that person were to die in a state of mortal sin they are condemned.
So that is why Christ says that we must always be prepared for that day even if we are in a state of mortal sin it's that Sanctifying Grace that can move us to repentance and return to being in Sanctifying Grace.
So can a Non-Catholic be saved? Absolutely. Can a Non-Christian the unbaptized be saved? Absolutely. This is for God to decide because He knows what is within our hearts and He is the only one that judges us on that day the day that we die. And we know that God doesn't fault people for their ignorance of Christ, His Gospel and His Church. As Christ stated, "Forgive them Father for they do not know what they do". If they knew that Christ is the Messiah the Son of God they wouldn't have put Him to death.

Ezekiel 36:25 Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols. 26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. 27 I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them. 28 Then you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; you shall be My people, and I will be your God. 29 I will deliver you from all your un cleannesses.

You don't have to dip your fingers into the font after Mass. Just kneel with the right knee and cross yourself. The priest's blessing at the end of Mass is sufficient.

I loved the orthodox like baptism. I’m orthodox and unfortunately i don’t remember my baptism and really wish to get baptised again but i can’t however confession is the way we can ‘baptise again’

Yes, Confession is sometimes called a second baptism. Baptism confers grace, sin loses it, Confession confers grace again.

Thank you for an awesome video.. "Let us pray to the Holy Family so that our family may be holy! Let us pray to Our Lady of Good Success to restore the Catholic Church to its former sanctity, beauty and glory throughout the world, to convert or expel from the Catholic Church modernists, atheists, communists, heretics, freethinkers, freemasons and all who They are determined to destroy the Catholic faith in the hearts and minds of their children, and to help all the bishops, priests, religious and lay people who preserve and promote the true Catholic faith." "Even if Catholics faithful to Tradition are reduced to a handful, they are the ones who are the true Church of Jesus Christ." Saint Athanasius.

That last part had me realize that my mindset is already partially catholic. I believe Yahweh has the full authority.

    • @stever4181

If you believe that Jesus has full authority then where does Mary come in? The catholic religion teaches that Jesus can not say no to Mary. If that is the case then Jesus does not have all authority and Jesus lied when he said he did.
Who then should we believe? Jesus as written in the Bible or a religion that contradicts the Bible?

My message correct I've been a member of the Catholic Church 45 years. I made a major mistake and left the church I make returning Catholic . Get all my confessions I go to a Mass every Sunday I've been back for 4 weeks now I'm taking in the holy Communion Now I make a point once a month go to confession to make sure my list is short . Now I'm a practicing Catholic I'm not perfect but I'm trying to do the right thing My Whole family It's catholic Is my wife My kids I have twin boys 13 years old I have Daughter 15 years old . But my parents are not comfort they are Baptist and my dad passed away 2019 I'm trying to remember Include my dad so he can come out of purgatory And get to heaven and he was Baptist He was a good dad I never hear him say any unkind word to anyone In fact I remember he was helping a homeless person Gave him some food Gave them AA motel Not sure for how many days I'll be 1 or 2 days . The homeless person came up to my dad after church service at his church . I'll just going to remember that Help someone with food In a place to sleep. My mom is 89 Isn't a nursing home Has damentia She's also a Baptist So when she dies I'm gonna pray for her to get her out of pogatory.

God's mercy is beyond human understanding, all encompassing. All it takes is to ask it of Him with a contrite heart, to do penance and to make a firm resolve to amend your life with help from His grace. We Catholics have our Sacrament of Reconcilation for this. If you believe in the physical Communion with Jesus you would undergo this Sacrament to free yourself from the death of sin and opt to live in a state of grace in harmony with a loving God and receive Christ literally in the transformation of the bread and wine into the real Body and Blood of Jesus in the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist. There's no despair but hope in His promise that through Him you will have everlasting life. So if you fall into sin which you will do so eventually turn away from your sin and seek God's Divine Mercy every single time and you will receive it.

Ewald Radavich What the English bible which had 30,000 errors in translation of the Koine Greek. Tell me what John 1:1 was saying in the Beginning was the word. What does you my instructor in the Bible think word means? Or why do the 54 English translate the Greek to believe instead of Obey. Why did they translate traditions to teaching and those they didn't like leaving them tradition. Tell how you get what you do out of Chaire Kecharitomemo.
You are asking me to read a Catholic book translated into propaganda. Read the bible, is such a reliable method that of the 7,957 verses gave 48,632 different understanding each a denominations. I love confusion.

Thomas McEwen. I'd get into a good non denominational bible study read & study. The word is God. The bible says God holds His word higher than His name

Ewald Radavich Luther your father in faith wished to give you a heads up on bible studies, he said, "Everyone who reads scripture thinks himself a theologian and a doctor of the church ; his proof is he ate the Holy Spirit feathers and all." In 1523AD Luther founded his Wittenberg church and in six years the German emperor had to call a council to stop the infighting on bible studies. After six years you had ten new denominations, the number is over 48 thousand from the same 7,957 verses. What are you going to teach me, do you read Greek?
Logically the failure of Protestantism in Europe is bible studies and people got weary of your product and turned their back on Christianity. Really great job guys.
The pillar and foundation of truth is the church mentioned in Acts 9: 31 "ekkesia Kath olos."
We were called Christians in Antioch under the Catholic Bishop of Antioch St Peter.
The entire Roman empire both East and West was Christian before the bible. One Holy Apostolic Church. Now we have bible study from a book from 1611AD, 17 centuries from Christ and 48 thousand denominations. You call that progress? What does In the beginning was the Word. What does your bible study tell you. In Greek please

If you was to cast out devil or demons using the titles of Father, Son, and Holy Ghost it don't work for like the Catholic have done many in the past it just doesn't work but if you cast out devil and or demons in Jesus Christ or Lord Jesus name as opposed to titles of Father, Son, and Holy Ghost it work because name Jesus Christ or he name of the Lord Jesus is the name of these 3 titles of Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
