In the "I'm not loving it" case, that "to love" feels like "to enjoy". Maybe the situation can be explained this way, too.

The typical person probably isn't going to get that" I'm loving it"is not really correct English, but it WILL stay in their in their minds because it sounds kind of odd. And don't forget that we can use HAVE in the continuous form when we talk about having a good time because that's an activity verb.

I've always wanted to ask about this; There is a wonderful song that I guess you also know, named "Under pressure" by Queen. In lyrics I see this sentence "Sat on a fence but it don't work" it don't work, is it because of the melody and maybe rhythm of the song? Or in daily life sometimes people say "he/she/it don't"?

Another example “how is he feeling?” “He is hurting” (reflexive) is very natural in context but might sound like an action verb “he is hurting her”
