1 3/4 cups (220g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
4 tablespoons (30g) cocoa powder
1-2 tablespoons orange zest [an orange yields about 1-2 tbsp of zest]
2 eggs
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons salted butter [softened to room temperature]
1/2 cup (70g) dried cranberries
1/2 cup (70g) dark chocolate chips [70% cacao content]
