Hey there, I'm new to using Adobe software, when do you know when to use Premiere Pro and then to use After Effects? Do you first edit in Premiere, then put it into After Effects? Or do you go back and forth between them?

Premiere is more for cutting and overall edit and then I use link comps to to vfx in ae
