All the different breeds. Then a pair flew onto my windowsill. My cats were shocked and my precious granddaughter was amazed. After a couple of seconds, all the birds flew away. I couldn't understand the message but had a sense of dread. I found out on Friday morning that my half sister passed away around then. No, we were not close but it is still difficult. She was only 54 and her birthday is the day before mine. 🌻🥺

It is awareness, that is, being able to catch myself in the thoughts that are defeating and keeping me in a downward spiral. So every time I noticed that I was thinking about myself, as a victim of someone who always had power over me, and the abuse that I let him do, I began laughing out loud and with a gesture, I took my hands over my shoulders and made a gesture like I was brushing off this energy over my shoulders and simultaneously said out loud, "I no longer need this!" I also decided to see things differently, that is, no attachment. I saw the person that hurt me, as someone who was unconscious and that he actually helped me to awaken, and therefore, I am now very grateful for him coming into my life. Every time I begin spiralling down, I become grateful for the lessons. This has helped to set me free. I hope that this can be useful. Much love.

My dad has had a health issue since the start of this year and a few months back i had to move across the world because I got an opportunity i always wanted. There have been so many mixed feelings since then and I can't enjoy this new chapter fully because my mind is always with my parents back home. I picked pile 1 and it resonated so deeply. How would you feel if your child left you and moved across the world at a time of severe sickness, and the fear and insecurity about what is going on with your body. How would you feel when you were in need of loved ones who support you. Actions always speak louder than words. Your actions lack love and empathy and show hypocrisy. Stay blessed, open your eyes and heart and not only for yourself.

I was just thinking I really don’t want to put my trades on pause for work (I get ready for work at 4am, clock out at 7p so I cannot place trades on the days that I work.) Pile 1&2 Both resonated, and pile 2 with the Throat chakra, I was told by a Navajo Shaman, that I can Heal with Words, as words have great power.
I've actually done just that to certain people I've met since.
One thing I said to a Depressed guy in the Gym, was "Don't be the man that looks at his Glass only half Full, don't even be the guy that looks at his Glass half Full, you've still only got Half a glass, Be the Guy that always knows he can Refill his Glass."
He thought then smiled in agreement, and felt better, I see him in there now and he's much lighter of Heart. My dad has had a health issue since the start of this year and a few months back i had to move across the world because I got an opportunity i always wanted.
