      baked in a regular pre heated oven at 180c for 30-40 mins on the centre shelf of the oven
      But time different reh sakta otg k according

    Maine Japanese cheesecake bake kiya tha toh usko water mai rakhke bake karnna tha toh mera mould mai pani chala gaya actually cake bhot ache se bake hua bina koi crack ke aur taste bhi acha hai bass thoda pani chala gaya so any tip to avoid it

      Gas ya fir oven ka temperature high hone k vajah se aur raising agent jyada hone k vajah se hota hai.....wait until it is fully cooled then slice off the dome using a long serrated knife. Decorate the cake with icing.

      Iske kai reason ho sakte hai jaise k aapne cake bake karne ke liye choti size ki kadhai ka use kiya ho iski vajah se heat properly distribute nhi hoti ya fir baking time ko thoda increase kijiye

      Batter ki consistency perfect rakhe....kadhai barabar se plate se cover kare...... make sure heat evenly spread ho rahi hai
