Peace On Your Wings - A New Musical - LIVE production at Hawaii Theatre, Feb 9-11 2023

After being on hold for three years due to the pandemic, we are beyond excited to announce that tickets will go on sale on December 1st for the Ohana Arts revival production of "Peace On Your Wings" at the historic Hawaii Theatre Center on February 9th-11th, 2023! This short 1-weekend run will premiere a newly edited version of the show (with new songs) that will be taken to Hiroshima next summer for its Japan premiere, starring this all-youth, Hawaii-based cast! There are only four performances, so be sure to book your tickets early!
“Peace On Your Wings” is an original musical based on the true story of Sadako Sasaki and her one thousand paper cranes, written by local writers: composer Jenny Rubin-Taira and lyricist Laurie Rubin-Taira; directed by Cari Taira (Hawaii Food and Family), and choreographed by Dani Hannah Bensky
