Faded Pureline Wineo organic floring

Faded Wineo Pureline 1000 floor. After roughly a year of installation wineo floor on the second floor (near 1000sqft=90sqm) of our hose, we start notising discoloration of it. No pets, nor any chemicals used in the house. As usual, vacuuming and cleaning regularly with warm water.
Manufacturer with their rep in Canada refusing to deal with waranty. Going back and Fort for over a year, without any results. I was asked to hire a professional cleaner specialist - didn't help, than I was told to buy suggested cleaning products - didn't help, than was acked to provided original receipts, photos, ideo, decryptions, even mark and model of the steamer mop we use to clean the floor. Now, I'm going back and forth with more questions, and it seams like they just try to exhaust the customer. We were asked to wrip a few pieces of the floor and send it to Germany to test it. Imagine demolishing newly renovated living area, and having it exposed for probubly months with two little kids in the household. It is insane.
