I knocked on this door when I was driving home and noticed the overgrown edging along the curb and driveway. Little did I know the backyard was in HORRIBLE shape. The homeowner opened the door and I explained to him that I would love to clean up his overgrown lawn for free. He was so confused at first but ended up letting me do it. This transformation was awesome, especially the backyard where there were weeds taller than me!

We have a neighbor on my block with and entire back yard overgrown with invasive blackberry stickers. All the neighbors have asked nicely to cut them back, and some have even called the city to make them clean up their act, but nothing changes. How I wish you would come here and do their yard! It's horrible! The stickers are at least 8 feet tall.
Hey I have a question do you leave behind all the grass you cut ? Or do you rake everything up at the end ...I ask because a regular lawnmower comes with a bag and you collect all the grass as you go in that bag

Love checking in on these transformations !! I share your passion for getting the yard nice and neat. I'm hoping to get back to doing mine, but I had two major back surgeries in July, so I may not do any of the things I love to do outside. My nephews do a quick mowing every week, but it sure is hard seeing it need trimming and weeds growing out of control, haha ! It's hard for me to pass up a weed you know 🤪 I'm hoping to be back out there next summer, and hopefully no more restrictions !! My favorite time is on my mower. It takes me two to three hours to do everything on my two and a half acres ! It's so relaxing 😎 So your videos are great, by hearing the mower, weed wacker and blower, it's very satisfying 😉 Besides that, you make a lot of people very happy 😀 That's cool as well !!

I'm one of those people that has a reaction to freshly mowed lawns and as a kid I broke out in rashes on my legs if I played in the grass, so I'm a little surprised to find that watching a lawn transformation is so satisfying for me. I've been watching your videos for months and sometimes I see a lawn that I wish I could transform and other times I feel the need to congratulate you on attacking a monster of a lawn, that I would never want to deal with. I think it's great that you're helping so many people out.

I knew a crazy person who lives on a bluff. He got someone to mow their lawn at a charge and then he pushed them off that bluff where they landed on rocks and the water below. They're in prison now, thankfully, but they almost got away with it as "an accident".
Now they're looking into the disappearances of three other lawn care workers in the past.

I commend you for your dedication. Veterans like myself find it difficult to have to ask for help. Pride is sometimes a double-edged sword. Thank You for helping one of our veterans, they have given so much, it's gratifying to see them receive a little back sometimes. Also, you mentioned you don't usually address yards so close to your home...I would think you would be extra vigilant to help keep your neighborhood looking its best. But then, I understand - it is, after all, a business. Never the less, good job, and please keep it up!

I commend SB Mowing for helping veteran's out. I'm a Viet veteran myself, there's no such a thing in my neighborhood, even though there's several landscapers that lives here. I live in Phoenix Arizona my yard is rocks, but sometimes even blowing leaves I could use the help, ended up having to pay someone totally out of my area to clean it. 👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I’m all for helping out the community and veterans. Your story was heartwarming until I saw the homeowners BMW sitting in the driveway looking all clean and perfect! Seems like someone had his priorities a bit jumbled up. I’m sure I’ll get roasted here in the comments for saying this about a veteran except for my grandfather was a veteran and his lawn and cars were always spotless!

I love how your mower takes down the tall weeds and doesnt flinch!. Next time you do his yard, see if he will let you limb up the Bradford pears so the base of the branch is higher than 5 feet. It will help the tree grow taller and fuller and make it easier to mow under.
