Don’t spend big-money on a mechanical keyboard if it is not Hotswap.
Few switches suddenly stop working in the second year - due to dust & physical reasons.
If Hotswap means, can just replace faulty switch easily.

Have had this for over a year now, if you're a gamer looking for a mechanical keyboard, go for it... if you're into touchtyping, save up for something better... I bought it one week ago. And I liked the keyboard very much. But the RGB turns off in just 1 min of inactivity, that's what makes it kind of boring. Everything else is fine. I wanted RGB effects to stay for much longer but this makes me sad.
I even tried to contact portronics is this how the RGB works for this keyboard but they never told me the actual time for RGB inactivity time is 1 minute they straight says to courier the keyboard to check the problem. I'm disappointed with the customer care service.

Man budget mechanical keyboards suck after 1 year. The keys will double press and there'd be nothing you can do to fix them other than buying keys for half the keyboard's price 😐

Buy redragon k617 fizz instead. It has hot swappable switches, lubed stabilizers, best rgb in this segment, and heigh adjustment. It’s wired only but it’s worth it.

    • @EshaanKuttikad

red is better than brown and blue, at this price point blue and brown will only be clicky and noise and get stuck a lot.
      Speaking from my own experiences

@@grey8962 everything is a preference thing,
talking to most people who know about keyboards. They definitely prefer red switches especially at lower price points.
The blue switches have a click sound to confirm your press, but stuff like that only sounds good and feels good with good quality materials which is rare at lower price points.
