    At the deicing bay, the orange liquid is Glycol Type 1, which removes ice and snow, the green liquid is Type 4 Glycol which protects the aircraft from having ice and snow build up on the aircraft's surface prior to takeoff

    Hmm...looks good to me. I've been in seats where I couldn't even fit 4 fingers between my knee and the seat in front, let alone move them back and forth.

    I actually like the automated messages, they are clear in both languages, unlike what I have heard in the past with other carriers. My comment about Porter is I like their shorter flights like MTL to TO. And I really do like the smaller size aircraft, as I once got stuck in a center middle seat in one of AC huge planes MTL to VAN. The Porter beer and wine not bad and the wi-fi is good, however charge devices beforehand, the AC plugs only work if you have a slow charger and forget using a 3-prong plug for a laptop the light turns amber indicating the plug doesn't accept it. On longer flights Porter runs out of ice, and also water to wash hands in washroom (they put a bottle of hand sanitizer so that's ok).

    Very fair review IMO. I would only add that I prefer entertainment on my device rather than the very outdated screens you find on most of AC’s domestic fleet.
    However having been in the throes of an IRROP situation with Porter I can concur with you that it’s difficult to be rescheduled without waiting one or several days.

    I was a flight attendant for Westjet in the very early days of the company and I'm very disappointed at the direction the aurline has taken.
    Flew with Porter 2 months ago and appreciated the quality and so will be using them going forward

    I was disappointed with video because I thought it would be a review of upfront service with the "Elevated Experience" title.

      Porter advertised their services as “elevated economy for everyone.” What you are referring to is the Porter Reserve seats which is a particular fare you can buy, but which is not connected at all to the elevated language.
