Happy birthday mine is Jan 8th and I’m turning 74. I was so depressed when I turned 70 but now realized how being active and still working 6 months out of the year keeps me healthy and young

Happy new year and happy birthday! (mine was on 3 January). I had peaceful and nice holidays, with family and close friends, but after Christmas season, I always feel so tired and I need time for myself to relax and get back to normal. I always set goals (half of them are never fulfilled, but anyway..😂). My basic goals are to exercise, have a healthier diet and more quality sleep, to make changes to some parts of my house and to spend more time with people I love. Have a wonderful month!❤

When I first found you last week I wasn't sure how I felt about your silent videos. After 3 videos I love them. I find it easier to read if I put you on full screen. I think I'm going to watch your videos in the evenings because they will be so calming at the end of the day. Happy Birthday! I'll be 79 in April so 55 seems quite young.😄

Love your videos❤ I'm 45 now and I hope to get to place I would have enough money to take things bit more slow. I have had a heart attack and several chronic illnessess. Now have to raise kids alone and keep on working. But maeby some day things will be easier😊

Hi Stella. Actually, the house and the garden are the biggest team for us, and in addition to the stairs to the upper floor, we also have one down to the basement. Hi Jasmine. How happy I am that you appreciated our film. For a long time I felt insecure about my aging. Who am I? What is my place in the world? Am I spent? In addition, my hair turned gray, my body changed, and wrinkles that were not there before became visible. I simply did not recognize myself, neither physically nor mentally. It took a few years before I got to know my "new" self. Once I came to the realization and acceptance of my aging, it turned around and I was able to embrace my "new" self. Hello and a big thank you for your support and appreciation. We are glad that you like what we do, we hope you will like the latest video too, the new camera which is a Sony zv-e1 and a slightly longer video feels a bit unfamiliar yet but we are learning. So far (video 1-29) we have filmed mainly with a mobile phone. We plan to make a video about how we work and how easy it can be to get started with RUclips, it will come in the spring. Happy birthday mine is Jan 8th and I’m turning 74. I was so depressed when I turned 70 but now realized how being active and still working 6 months out of the year keeps me healthy and young
I’m turning 73 February 12 , it can be difficult getting older because you start hurting more but I keep moving and work very part time !
My oldest daughter's birthday is on the 8th of January as well.... she'll be 33...❤ time flies.

I had peaceful and nice holidays, with family and close friends, but after Christmas season, I always feel so tired and I need time for myself to relax and get back to normal.
I always set goals (half of them are never fulfilled, but anyway..😂).
My basic goals are to exercise, have a healthier diet and more quality sleep, to make changes to some parts of my house and to spend more time with people I love.

When I first found you last week I wasn't sure how I felt about your silent videos. After 3 videos I love them. I find it easier to read if I put you on full screen. I think I'm going to watch your videos in the evenings because they will be so calming at the end of the day. Happy Birthday! I'll be 79 in April so 55 seems quite young.😄

Love your videos❤ I'm 45 now and I hope to get to place I would have enough money to take things bit more slow. I have had a heart attack and several chronic illnessess. Now have to raise kids alone and keep on working. But maeby some day things will be easier😊

Hi Stella. Actually, the house and the garden are the biggest team for us, and in addition to the stairs to the upper floor, we also have one down to the basement. Hola Turi y gracias por tu apoyo y valoración. Actualmente solo somos tres en casa y cada uno ayuda guardando sus cosas y no dejando nada fuera. Tampoco tenemos mucha decoración porque nos gusta el estilo escandinavo aireado y hace que sea más fácil pasar la aspiradora. Así que no creo que sea una gran carga hoy en día. Hi Jasmine. How happy I am that you appreciated our film. For a long time I felt insecure about my aging. Who am I? What is my place in the world? Am I spent? In addition, my hair turned gray, my body changed, and wrinkles that were not there before became visible. I simply did not recognize myself, neither physically nor mentally. It took a few years before I got to know my "new" self. Once I came to the realization and acceptance of my aging, it turned around and I was able to embrace my "new" self.
