Very enjoyable and good photography. I'm a landlubber but remember reading the importance of the sail spilling the wind (how it comes off the sail and isn't captured in a huge bellow). These sails demonstrate that a treat.
I love those sailboats. I am normally not that keen on mizzen sails as they often look like an afterthought, but they are really well integrated with the design. Especially when the one boat was flying a head sail as well.
Wow I can’t believe I haven’t seen this video before , what a lovely looking rowing / sailing boat , I have built a 13 ft skiff and canoe before and would love to have a go at building this one , a hole new concept for me with different skills in the building process, this would be my third boat build if I could find a way of building this one ,, it’s a beauty .👍
Plans should be available in octobre. In the meantime I added another, probably amusing, short article about our adventures with 'Lucia" in the Morbihan, during La Semaine du Golfe.
I dont mean to be offtopic but does anybody know a tool to get back into an instagram account? I was dumb forgot the password. I appreciate any tricks you can offer me.
@Trenton Turner Thanks for your reply. I got to the site through google and I'm in the hacking process atm. Takes a while so I will reply here later with my results.

I am really interested to build this boat and have the designer, Frank, supply sails. Anyone have any ideas as to how to best contact him? Many thanks!
@@clairdelaluna4 Has there been any progress on plans. I am going to build one of them off the lines drawing, knowing how long the boat is I'll scale up from there. A set of plans would be easier and more accurate though.

Two beautiful boats, and a very tidy reef in that mainsail. Looks like a lovely day's sailing.
Thanks M, very happy with all the response.
Dinghy cruising, I can imagine a boom tent for these beautiful boats.

Thanks, I am working on a new article about these boats
Lovely. And, no weird techno-drivel music to ruin it all. Well done.

See these beauties being rowed and sailed. Accelerating after every breath of wind ....
Very elegant boats indeed ! 👍

@Trenton Turner it did the trick and I now got access to my account again. I'm so happy!
Thank you so much you saved my ass :D
@Rowan Braden you are welcome :)
de bonnes images qui montrent tres bien les capacités de ces constructions ; et ce qui ne gâte rien ; elles sont jolies .
Very pretty and elegant boats.
thank you all. Klaas Bes, the architect who did the lines of my boat, agreed to produce complete plans.
Klara van Zoest please post if the plans are available. It's a beautiful boat.
Are the plans available? Thank you.
Outstanding!
Thank you. And plans, still rather basic, are available now, find my mailaddress via the link above, Frank
Seems to have a slight windward helm.....if you built again, would you make any substantial changes to the dagger or rudder? Superbe!
Knappe boten!!! Prachtig!
Lovely boats.
Were plans or an additional article ever produced for this gorgeous dinghy? It's been a few years now.
I didn't see anything in the article, and would be interested in knowing if plans are available. This is close to the boat that I want.

Lovely! Are the two vessels essentially identical? Are you building for customers?
What a dream like boat! Tell me please if you scarfed the strakes or they were the whole plywood planks? Thank you.
Thanks for the compliment. I scarfed the plywood strakes and you can see some parts of the process in the article.
Thank you for the prompt reply. And what is about another article and the plans? Regards.
