these will fix the hyperflashing turn signal rate when you change the stock turn signal incandescent bulb to LED.

Will this work on touring coupe model? I have hyper flash but all bulbs are working and don’t have led bulbs just normal bulbs

It will not work. The issue you have is either a wiring issue on the turn signal or a blown turn signal bulb on the rear turn signal.
