The English countryside is so incredibly beautiful. You definitely feel as if you've been transported to a different place and time. Just love Jessica's enthusiasm for the natural world.
I hail from the UK & I absolutely cannot get enough of our stunningly beautiful, eerie, mystical, magical, ghostly, mythical, legend, folklore & wondrous landscape. Stay safe. Love you guys. 🖤
Yummy 😋...and some clotted cream. I think he is referring to the Black Shuck? A tale from my childhood- my Grandparents are from Scotland and England- respectively...I heard tales of the black shuck of Dartmoore, and a large demon black panther...?
@gothicgorey I'm convinced that there were big cats on the moors but they're all dead now. I think it was during the 1970's that you could buy big cats from Harrods and when they were made illegal people just released them in the wild rather than kill them. Don't believe in the spiritual, know that it is very real. We've all walked in to a room and "felt" an atmosphere. Science has no answer for this "feeling" and many others. Life is in itself spiritual, sadly we live in material times.
I've only visited England once, and all I saw was trains, taxis, endless suburbs and London. Suburban to urban hell. THIS is the REAL England! It looks like you imagine it. Fairytale illustrations come to life. Rolling hills and hedges as far as the eye can see. Absolutely gorgeous place. Thanks for taking us there.
1:22 that Raven manifest in frame really served some sort of Grimm's dark diabolical purpose.. One of the best intro as far as i noticed from this channel! Great works Michael & Jessica!
Hey Grimms. Sadly the plague wiped out a lot of villages in England, Scotland and Wales.. the United Kingdom suffered greatly but as did European countries and all countries that the plague touched.. unfortunately they are now set aside to history.. it's always fascinating legend and history together.. you guys never stop amazing me, we have a new video every few days and it's just awesome.. many youtube channels claim to do it but fail miserably.. You guys keep rocking and rolling out the content and bringing absolute fabulous productions to us.. Pls keep up the hard work and it will pay off.🙏 Stay Grimm 👍 Ps I love my country. We really have some beautiful history.. many European countries claim to have it, the United Kingdom really has it and you guys know how to tell stories about it . Thank you for choosing my country to be grimm in 🎉 🌚☠️⚰️👺👹👻👽🎃👿 It's really a pleasure to be here I've lived in the UK all my life and never had the pleasure of visiting Devon.. it's well known for its legends and folklore or you wouldn't be there? You really must come back up North and across to the West to the lake District as you did Whitby North Yorkshire ,my home area already done back . Without further ado ...Stay blessed ☠️
The term “spring clean” originated from when peasants lived with their livestock in the same building as themselves. Every spring after a long cold winter holed up indoors for a couple of months - by spring the place would be filthy and smelly. Thus “we need a spring clean”
I’m English born but basically grew up in Texas so I’m loving these videos of places I’ve never had the chance to visit myself! Thank you for sharing them!
Then Come home! Your Celtic soul is yearning for its roots! Come and visit these places for yourself, I bet you’ll feel like you’ve been to these places before - and not via RUclips or any other natural way, but rather a super natural way 😮
I really enjoy your videos you both are so interesting i sat and binge-watched all of your content while watching I kept thinking where have I heard Michael's voice before it seemed oddly familiar then it came to me he sounded like Jim Carrey lol seriously close your eyes and listen , Jim Carrey, is one of my absolute favorite actors does anyone else agree?
Dartmoor has some patches of Temperate rainforest where you find vast amounts of mosses and lichens, it's so beautiful. There's so many interesting folklore stories all over the UK and I'd advise you check out the Mabinogion which is a collection of some of the oldest in Wales, some of which date back to the 12th century, but one real historical event from Lancashire in NW England would be prefect for your channel, the Pendle witch trials, I've been to the area and it's super spooky and the whole story is fascinating.
I`m not able to travel for some reasons, so I`m extra thankful to see all those beautiful and haunting places you show! Thanks a lot, guys, and best wishes from Germany! ♥
Great location, Devon is full of mystical places, well all England actually. Hound of the Baskerville used to put chills on me as a kid, great story. Men-an- tol lovely place also in Cornwall and giants causeway in Ireland is another. Great video both👊🏽❤️👻
Omg guys I live on the edge of Dartmoor welcome to Devon. I hope I bump into you guys. I love how respectful you both are I’ve been watching u both for soooo long. Enjoy our beautiful land that has soooooo much history xxxxx love Paula x
This is awesome! It looks so beautiful and peaceful there. As you would say, Michael..."That is bad booty" lol I envy you guys for being able to travel the world together, see these beautiful places and create memories together that you will always be able to look back on and revisit through these videos. I wish I had the means to travel with my kids and see these places. Unfortunately, I've been divorced for 10 years now, so I wouldn't have that special person to share this with but doing it with my kids would be very special. I know I will never have the means to get there and my health is failing and I've been in a deep, dark place for many years now, that I just can't seem to escape but thankfully, because of you guys, I can see these beautiful places through your videos. I really thank you both for that. I really love your videos and your love for one another. This is my favorite channel, followed by Sean Clark with his Horror's Hallowed Grounds. Keep doing what you're doing (as I know you will) and safe travels. Wishing you both the best, from Indiana. Oh...and HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Wow, seriously! From the aerial views you can see the outlines so clearly. They were made of the local stones, it seems, so they remained all this time. Thank you so much both for sharing.xx😮
As you're in the West Country, I'd highly recommend a visit to Witchcraft Museum in Boscastle, Cornwall if you can make it that way. Love your videos and both of you ❤️
Another great video from you both. Hound Tor was also used as Doctor Who filming location, back when Tom Baker controlled The TARDIS. It was used to represent a post-apocalyptic Earth, thousands of years from now.

It does look like something from a fairy tale; and I had never heard of this place or the legend. Seems like a perfect place to add to the bucket list. Thank you both for sharing this.

Believe me, misty, dark nights on Dartmoor are very spooky. Lots of myths and legends to get your mind imagining things 🤔🤨. Great video again 👏 👍 👌
