@@CaribbeanFocus Thanks for what, a completely false video. Knowing this you still made or endorsed it. The government failed to pay its bills so it instituted property taxes on its citizens. No FOREX, high unemployment, and the oil and gas sector destroyed by incompetence and greed while being under the threat of sanctions by the US which puts the Dragon gas deal in jeopardy. The water service went from 74 % to 24% nationwide 24/7. Infrastructure went from good to massive failure. No place to park to build roads that are unfinished after 8 years. And you say thanks for that. You need to tell the truth about what's happening in TT not some fluff piece that's 100% incorrect, everything in it is false in one way or another and doesn't reflect TT in today's situation.

So lie number one. Patrick Manning was had drawings and site plan and wa putting the rail system in place and when the election was called and manning lost Kamla and UNC cancel it. The reason why the Keith Rowley is not doing the rail project now is because the wastage by the UNC and is not feasible as they other project that need to be done at this time. What a joke!
I didn’t hear anything about the pot-hole problems on the roads.
I didn’t hear anything about the busy road to Maracas Bay with the dangerously loose mountain waiting to cause a major land slide. It’s a frightening drive just looking at the potential land slip waiting to happen on that north coast roa
What about the Water problems? Why does every house in Trinidad need at least 3 water tanks to ensure they can have water on a daily schedule? Why is a country that has two seasons, rain season and dry season, none very drastic, but 1.5 to 2 million residents still can’t get water at their homes?
Trinidad should not have a water problem, the country has a WASA problem. WASA turns on the water and turns it off again to keep Trinidadians in frustration mode and they put the blame on the “reservoir level”.
What about the temporary one-lane bridge in Chaguanas that ties the main road to the housing scheme ( I forgot the names) that was built over 20 yrs now, that causes major traffic pile-up at that fragile intersection as it enters the Montrose main road. How long is “ temporary” that it cannot expire after 20-odd yrs. Mega projects? Trinidad needs to take care of the fundamental needs of the people first before anything “mega”. Over 50 billion in budget yet there’s no physical proof that anything was done with money. The country is unkept compared to other lesser countries. “So little is done with so much”

Building new roads is all well and good but what about the secondary roads that are in disarray? Having a few properly paved roads alongside thousands of pothole roads is not a reality. And what about squatting? Why is the PNM allowing land grabbers to pervade when the rest of us have to face banks to buy land? If you want to this country to progress it cannot be done by accomplishing new things at the expense of existing things. If you are building new roads then old roads must also be made new. You cannot have tourism when the road to Maracas Bay is a mess because that's where the tourists are taken. You cannot have a pristine Country when you allow Squatters to line that same road to the main tourist beach, Maracas Bay with old cars and garbage littering the sides of the roads and landslides due to slash and burn that are the hallmarks of illegal land grabbers, this government needs to reverse its lawless support of squatters, they have to decide whether the country continues to go the way of lawlessness supported by the PNM for votes or whether you are serious about law and order and real progress, not just put out these fine looking video as real progress. This video lacks credibility. It fools the global public.

It's funny how you label it MEGA projects 😂 Do you even have a clue what is a mega project ?? If a bridge was being built from Tobago to Trinidad that will be a Mega, not a renovation and a little Road build, most of the things labels here haven't even been started and is over 9 years now that PM in power, also alot of those projects has no accountability on the spendings of taxpayers dollar's.
