Now I think I need to try making it myself; probably with tofu because finding plain paneer where I live is impossible. I'm going to see if the Kolkata Club will divulge some of their recipes for me.
Actually u can make paneer by urself too just boil the milk and add lemon juice or white vinegar or Alum to it wait for 1 min then the paneer and water will be separated then rinse it on cotton cloth or stainer to remove water and it's ready
