      We did not know at the time we were watching what was to become a classic show. I think it aired on friday evenings and everyone I knew was always in front of a tv watching it.

    The best part of this episode when they had the reception at the junkyard and the family came back to take their gifts back. Fred and Aunt Hazel fighting was hilarious LMAO

    I loved this Show and it brought many, many laughs to me and my ears. Like an old saying says. You don't miss something until it's gone and I really miss those times. Sanford and Sons was an Iconic Hit show. RIP to all the cast members that aren't with us.

Just one of many. One of my other favorites was when Aunt Esther and her crew of church ladies threw out the gangsters who were trying to use Fred's place for a speakeasy. 😊

Cousin Emma came to freeload and kept coming down the steps "walking crooked" because of her arthritis. But she kept promising a "nice breakfast" which she never made. Glad to find another S&S fan. 😊

      @@rozchristopherson648 Yes, a classic. And she'd describe all what she was going to make. I had a friend who died relatively young (37) and he LOVED that episode. And Grady gave up Lamont's bedroom for her. A lot of those episodes with just Grady are classics.
