The video is well produced and interesting, as always. However, the product itself looks unappetizing and the sanitary conditions at the factory are not at the high level I would have expected. You can see old product sitting around, discolored from bacteria or mold, right next to where new product passes by - the machinery must not be cleaned very often. As for the recipe at the end, why would you boil them? The nice crispy texture that the seitan balls would have had after deep frying is lost, and the end result will just be deflated and mushy. With meat, the recipe would have worked better, since it retains a palatable texture after being boiled.
I was referring to that comment saying the cooking ruined the cripsy balls, it's not about the seasoning, the crispy balls are meant to be cooked.@@artofrepetition
This video is a great example of why you should make your own at home. From the mediocre quality to the unsanitary conditions. It's fairly easy to make yourself.

日本でも麩を食べます。油で揚げた麩は食べたことないけど、揚げ玉とほぼ同じ原料だから料理にコクがでて美味しそう〜

Have you tried eating "the nice crispy" balls without cooking? they are taasteless.
