      Used these for three seasons! And I really liked these! You’ll love em!

    Yo! Great video. Would you recommend this boot or the Hi Standard Pro? I play hockey and have had terrible lace bite in the past, so I think laces are my best bet for not being in pain.

    Are any of the new boots coming out this season gonna be good for a wider foot? Love the stiffness of my burton photons but I don't last 2 runs before having to lossen them up because they pinch the sides of my feet.

      I found the toebox on Adidas boots to be fairly wide. I do not have wide feet but when I tested out some of next seasons models I felt that there was a good amount of room. I would check some Adidas boots our for sure.

    I’m looking for guidance between two double boa boots, the vans aura pro vs the adidas response. What do you think are the standout differences? I am a hard charging terrain park all mountain rider looking for an awesome boa only boot. Any other recommendations?

      Both boots are very similar in terms of flex and fit. The biggest difference between the two would be that the Adidas Response ADV has a wider toe box and is slightly softer than the Aura Pro. The Aura Pro also features a slide guide on the boa that goes over the top of your foot to help get a more comfortable fit. The Ride Lasso is another great, really comfortable Double Boa System Boot that is great for all mountain and park riding. Please let us know if you have any other questions!

      In my experience I typically go a half size up from my Vans size in Vans boots. I wear a size 9.5 in Shoes and a 10 in boots.

    Just bought these and had minimal issues the first day riding...the second day was all day pressure point torture no matter how loose I made the boots...I have a medium foot....any suggestions?

      Have you heat molded your boots? Heat molding is the best option for getting the best-personalized fit. All boots will be uncomfortable for the first couple of days of days, and sometimes a little longer to break in. We would suggest wearing your boots around the house to help break them in, or wear two pairs of socks to help loosen up the boot. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

      Thanks for the response.....the salesman at the local shop said to ride in the boots for a few days then have them heat molded. I just don't won't to customize these too much then have them still uncomfortable/painfull and not be able to resell them as much

      I’ve been riding these since November and I ride at least twice a week. One day they’re fine, the next day I’m spending an hour on the mountain adjusting them. I love them when I’m not in pain.
      What did you end up doing?

    what would you say is Vans' best boot for park riding? This one?

    • @tacticsboardshop
      @tacticsboardshop  5 лет назад +3

      Hey Kellen,
      Yes, the Aura is our pick for the best Van's park boot in a BOA. It's a workhorse boot that does everything and offers enough support without being overly stiff. We also like the Infused if you're looking for a lace/BOA hybrid.
      Please let us know if you have any further questions!

      They are very similar in terms of fit and flex. Major difference is boa vs. laces.

    Is this boot for a experienced rider? A beginner?

      This boot is a great option for any level of rider. The dual boa allows for easy customization of fit and makes it super easy to put on for riders just starting out.

    How’s the sizing?

    • @tacticsboardshop
      @tacticsboardshop  3 года назад

      True to size. I recommend getting what ever size you would wear in a normal Vans shoe.
