That was heartbreaking to hear her say. I understand that pain, unfortunately. I’m one of 6 or 7 (that we know of) and didn’t really start to forgive my dad until I was in my late 30s. Just when we really started to grow and I let go of the hurt, he became sick. He passed away almost 2 years ago and I now regret the many years I spent being angry with him.

Every man who has multiple kids with multiple women irresponsibly and never took care of any of his kids, should watch this Jay series. This is the consequence of broken people.
This is the result of many people not taking parenting seriously and understanding it a full time job. The USA has made it extremely easy by paying for them to give birth and place them in daycares all day long to go to work to do their "real" job.
The woman must also take responsibility. . . .they always know when there are other children. . . 🤣

I've dealt with similar situations with my pops, and I can definitely say some people can learn a lot of right just by seeing a person doing so much wrong. It was never my place to judge him on what he wasn't taught by my grandfather, but he made a man strong enough to break the cycle and I got a feeling his son strong enough.

They decided on their names so that my daughter wouldn't confuse them when she was younger. I think my cousin, who is my ex MIL age, has some midlife crisis issues though she is a fantastic mother.
