I was so disgusted with this episode, especially her 2 children who sat there and participated in calling their mum a witch, after her home was invaded by 14 ungrateful strangers.
Mac refusing to continue the healing process after he got called out by Iyanla for not standing up for his mother when the other people were disrespecting her is bs. Sir you’re not upset, you’re ashamed. You know you were wrong and that’s that!

I give him a little credit for addressing the real source of conflict by moving out. His mom's issues predate the houseguests and none of them really care about her feelings. They just wanted Iyanla to placate her so she wouldn't pull rank and force them out. Now they can mooch in peace.

You know how at the end of some scary movies they show a scene that the "scary thing" hasn't died yet hinting to their being another movie.
Well since Mac moved out. And he wasn't there during the healing process.
It's kinda like Mac taking that toxic pathology with him to spread to his new family (if he creates one)
So there might be a sequel of what the family went through before Iyanla came but through Mac's lineage.

This is one the most upsetting episodes of Iyanla because the audacity of this man's family was ASTOUNDING. Also, hopefully CPS was called about those kids not being in school because the mother didn’t care at all.
That woman was a whole mess! I could tell there was something very off about her with the way she was so disrespectful by walking off like that and giving Iyanla that lip smacking, neck rolling, side eye energy when she asked if she had a home school curriculum. Truth be told, she probably didn't even know what Iyanla was talking about.
