Dad seems to be taking it really hard. Mama seems like she’s finding so much strength in honoring him. I hope they both find peace. I’m honored to have known of Ethan’s life, though I hate the circumstances why. Those tulips are gorgeous and Ethan will live on within his family.
I’m no expert, but It’s often like that in these immeasurably horrible cases. I’ve seen it. The mom rebounds immediately after, it’s something biological. So profound. Then, there will be a kind of oscillation of the burden between the two. It’s very important that other people help in sharing the grief in concrete ways.

I had no idea that that young man Ethan was the oldest of triplets. I can't begin to imagine how his brothers feel. Prayers to his parents & siblings.

I love how they talked about Ethan and not the case. The fond memories and good things they’re doing in his memory. These parents are setting such a good example for their other kids.
This family has handled the death of their innocent son with the most grace and class. Truly admirable
At one point, I couldn't even watch any videos about this, because kaylees family made it all about her. It became very disrespectful to the other 3 victims.
@@j.y.3604 I just hate to judge the families on how they grieve, I think the only real thing I judged the G family for a little was when they let Kaylees ex boyfriends aunt make a go fund me so they could pay off kaylees car so they could “keep a part of her” I found this in bad taste bc they already had a healthy amount in the go fund me for kaylee and Maddie and I didn’t think it was fair to ask for that. Especially when kaylee only drove the car (unfortunately) for two days at the most before her tragic death, so it’s not like they could say there was a bunch of memories tied to the car.

These parents are the salt of the earth. No wonder their kids turned out to be great adults. It’s nice to hear something beautiful was created in his honor and that they are so strong. This murder will never be forgotten by the world.

What a beautiful way to honor Ethan. My heart is broken for Ethan's parents and siblings. Being a triplet adds another unique layer to their loss.
I feel so bad for his siblings. Losing someone that’s been there since day one is really hard to describe. As a twin who lost my lost… My first birthday without her wasn’t very happy at all. I hope they try to find some happiness to celebrate. This will be my third. I didn’t know about the tulips but I think I will by a couple bulbs and as I plant it for him I’ll dedicate to my twin.
I haven’t lost a twin but I lost my older brother in a tragic way and we had birthdays days apart it hurts so deeply. I’m so very sorry for your loss. Sibling loss isn’t talked about enough and the year of firsts is absolutely miserable. My brother’s birthday was Sunday and it was devastating and mine is coming up and I have no desire to celebrate

I've never lost a sibling but my family got a puppy when I was a baby, and with the exception of school photos almost every pic of me as a kid includes her, I used to hook the ends of her leash together and wear it like a sash when I walked her. She passed of old age shortly after I turned 19. I was broken by her death for the longest time and even continued to get up and walk her leash for a month. If I took loosing her that badly knowing full well it was coming I cant imagine the pain of loosing a sibling or a twin. My heart goes out to Ethan's family. And I'm sorry for the loss of your twin as well

Ethan was so obviously the most awesome friend anyone would want. And seemed like an even better son! Such a loss.
Down to earth kid ! Even if you didn't meet him, you can feel he was so sweet and easy going.

Such tragedy turned into such beauty with tulips. I love that they share these beautiful tulips for there sons memory and named it Ethan smile and then people share pictures and videos all over the world of the tulips growing that's very special for these parents for the memory of there son. Such a beautiful family. I'm so sorry you had to lose your amazing son in such a tragic way for absolutely no reason.

Respect to the family I had to go through the process of my aunt being murdered that was back in 04 and I’m 27 and still think/ cry about her for me you don’t get over it it just gets more manageable

These parents are so beautiful. You can tell they have lovely people in their lives for this to be how they appear so soon after something so bad. Many people would've understandably been completely ruined by something so horrible. But the love around these people has kept them sane in such a crazy time. Everyone heals differently, but I think it's unfortunately very inspiring his parents are such loving people still working to give their love and show their love and enjoy life for the sake of Ethan's spirit.
