i got mine and i absolutely LOVE how light it is! it’s my main hood now and i have those fancy pipeliner hoods, the bibs, outlaw hoods and this one takes the cake! it’s also affordable so you can buy 3 and have 2 as back ups
Bought the auto dark from harbor freight for 40 bucks. It’s gets the job done but everything is green, tan color. Even the puddles. I was stuck between your hood and the Honeywell….. Honeywell is slightly bigger but I love the all black and 13 bucks… YOU CANT BEAT THAT. Now I got that 13 hood with a cheap tefuawe auto darkening lens for 2/3rds the price as that Honeywell. Nothing wrong with that! I looked at the Honeywell hoods, and liked them. But, $90 vs $13 was hard to justify, when basically the same thing. Honeywell was slightly heavier, but had a better headgear. Ive had to replace this headgear once, not that it broke on its own, but I broke it by accident. It was easily found on Amazon, and was cheap. This is still my favorite hood, and paired with the F-Series Tefuawe auto-darkening 2x4 lens makes it an unbeatable combo, both in usability and on the wallet. Check out my video review of the Tefuawe lens. Its awesome.
These hoods are excellent, can pull the pins and take the flip front off and cut one of springs in half. I use fixed shade lenses and just a little flick of my head and the lens comes down. Essentially makes it the same as wearing a auto shade.
@@jerrymartinez2160 I lasted about a year which kinda sucks but I am really hard on my stuff. I have to get really close to what I’m welding a lot in tight spaces so yeah. They would have done a warranty because it stopped working within their warranty time but I procrastinated taking a video of it not working so I just bought another cause I still really liked it.
Those are some great shop hoods.Ever seen an inner tube strip modified hood suspension?Carbon fiber and balsa pancakes are really light for welding the low side of the pipe all day.
У нас в России такие же продают но менее качественно сделаны, точнее они made in China 🇨🇳, и дешёвые, правда и предпочтения отдают крутым современным маскам, а вот лично мне нравится этот вариант маски и такой как у вас в Америке pipeliner fibre-metal helmet, retro, old school welding, но такие 🤷♂ увы не поставляются в Россию, жаль... У вас в USA на много всё качественно 👍 делают и фанатеют от этой профессии сварщика, так как все для этого сделано!

Да жалко что в Россию такие маски не поставляют, особенно мне нравится как их обрезают и приделывают вставки из кожи. Жалко что у нас только дешовые китайские копии.

We sell either all sorts of stuff from China (at the same time, there are very good products in China, but they only sell cheap bullshit to us), or expensive modern masks at once, with a lot of people here who know about fiber-metal Honeywell and are often interested in these masks. I bought one as a reference from a website that buys goods in America and sends them to Russia, but it's really very expensive for an ordinary worker. Thanks for the amigo video review

Got the same one as a backup and have to say I really like it a lot! So I use it a lot more than as a back up to my auto darkening hood.

Got the same hood. Switched to it after using a speedglas for a while. Got the Tefuawe f11 lense. Love it more than any other hood I’ve ever used.
Right? It will be my forever hood now.

looks like the identical version is from a canadian store called Princes auto , canadas harbor freight . the helmet is a powerfist
