Roots

Roots is a short film I made for university film applications in December of 2017. This was the first film I made purely myself operating in all areas behind the camera.
Simon is disillusioned with his job and life in the city. A photo on his desk helps him recall his younger self and the different and happier times that he used to enjoy.
This film helped me receive offers to study film from ECA and Napier. Overall I am happy with this film considering it's the first I've ever made myself.
