Sydney Sprint 8-BIT Remix (Mario Kart Tour)

- In celebration of some of the recent Mario Kart 8 expansion pass tracks, here's a remix for Sydney Sprint! It's a song that somehow sounds even more natural played by the Mario Kart band, even though originally it was created with sampled instruments in Mario Kart Tour. I tried to take inspiration from aspects of both versions for my cover, as well as taking quite a few creative liberties that you may notice... I hope my version is familiar, but maybe offers a slightly altered take on the theme.

I love how the second loop includes the MK8D version. This remix really gives off the feel of the course, just uh, 8-Bit NES sounding of course
This song blew me away first hearing it in the 8 DLC, having never played Tour.
This is a fantastic 8-bit take on it. I don't know what instrument to call that wubbling/oscillating sound that's filling in for the original's chorus pads, but that sound reminds me of Micro Machines in the best way.

I think it would be kinda funny for as an April Fool's video if you posted an 8bit version of A Dream in the Clouds from Kirby's return to Dreamland, but the video is just the music from grape gardens from kirby's adventure. This is because A Dream in the Clouds is a remix of grape gardens

Honestly, Tour and Booster Pass Course don't deserve a big part of the hate that they get. Sure, they may be low budget and expensive products, and it's not Mario Kart 9, but wouldn't it be worse if they didn't do anything at all?
Can't people understand that the reason why Mario Kart 9 doesn't exist yet is because Nintendo has a rule of only releasing one Mario Kart per console? We already have 8 Deluxe in the Switch, and if that doesn't convince you because it's not an entirely new game, then get Live Home Circuit.
Compare it to having nothing isn't a logical comparison. Stating that one of the most profitable japanese company is putting less effort to add content to a port of a wii u game which outsold almost every other game on the platform when they put extra care on the original wii u DLCs as the company was losing money sounds fairer i think.

Why would they make nothing when Mariokart 8 Deluxe sold 40 Million copies?
I wouldn’t call the Boost Course Pass expensive… and if you you your rubies wisely, you can get through the game without paying a single dime.
I think they need a Booster Character Pass. That would probably hold the community off until Mario Kart 9 in like, 2028 or something..😢
