Nissa Lakhani if it’s crumbly that means your mix is too dry. I live in Louisiana and it’s also very humid in here but I believe the recipe should adjust based on every location and time of the year. This is just the base recipe I use but I also still adjust it every now and then based on the current weather or season. You may want to add more liquid to your mix so it won’t be too dry.
