I also don't think it's worth it but just thought I'd let you know you can see the glow if you turn the light off
I just bought my machine and used it for the first time. The suction is good. As I use the machine I don't feel my face wet . Is the machine suppose to wet your face while vacuuming ?
It’s not suppose to be dripping wet but it is suppose to use the water/solution. It releases the clean water/solution to your skin and suck it back in along with dirt and dead skins. This should leave your skin feeling damp.

I just run it under warm water and some mild soap. For tight spots I use a safety pin to remove the gunk that got stuck. I also use the safety pin to poke on the little holes to make sure nothing is stuck.
Water did not come out when I tried using it today. Will give it a go on my hand first next time, but maybe other tips? Does it still work since you bought it and did you skin improve at all?

This is by far the best tutorial on the it s product! You give clear step by step instructions on how to use!! I agree with you how the base slips when in use, having to adjust during use. The hard attachments are easy to put on but is a challenge to remove. That said, I am happy with this product overall and would recommend highly! Also when using, you should start at low as it is powerful and can cause redness and or bruising. So I recommend starting on low and experiment with the higher levels. Thanks for the detailed instructions as this doesn't come with clear instructions on how to use! Thx!!!!

How do you buy replacement aqua facial serum though? Once you run out of the serum they send you?
They didn’t send me a serum. No serum or solution came with my order. I only used regular tap water and it works well. It’s been over 7months and still loving this product.

Thank you! I’m still using it to this day- once a week. It gets easier overtime and I love how it cleans my pores. Definitely better than pore strips!
