I'm not a fan of the Djoker but his tennis IQ is out of this world. Then there's his ability to "stay in the moment" so that his mind doesn't linger on missed opportunities. He's also very solid physically. Just the right height and build for a tennis player. I feel so lucky to have been around from the beginning of the reign of the Big3 since 2003. What an experience!

I have seen Rafa done this numerous times. And when he is break down in the 5th set, leaves abruptly without any respect to opponent. Does everything in his capacity from MTOs to toilet breaks.
This sport isn't simply all about tactics on-court. Every single thing matters, on and off-court, mind games, psywars, and so on. So as long as having a toilet break is allowed, there's nothing wrong with using it as one of your strategies.

That's why he has the most grand slams. And if we didn't count the weak era Djokovic would have 17 GS , Nadal would have 19 GS and Federer 20 GS.
