I can't get my printer to stop flashing red after the first print. After it prints once (after turning on) it starts flashing red and stops working. Troubleshooting says nothing is wrong and the printer status is "idle". Any thoughts? I can't find a manual or an FAQ for this printer. :(

It could be a number of things from label being upside down, to a driver install issue. I would uninstall it all again and try it again very carefully make sure not to miss a step.
Had the same issue when I tried adjusting the darkness. Doublecheck the label size is correct. I corrected mine (even though I had it right before I changed the darkness) and it’s printing great now.
I need help!! I did the window installation and the printer wouldn’t show up. I have tried the using the CD that came with the printer but it said it was successfully installed?? Still can’t find the printer. Wat am I doing wrong???

When the thermal printer prints the label, it won't print on one label - it slightly feeds back into the printer and then most of the label prints on one label but the bottom 2 inches prints on a different label. Please help!!??

What was the cord that you used for the android connection? Looked like a converter? I have a USB type c phone port.

Hi, sorry you are having issues. When you search for your driver type in label and it should come up as it named in the video.

Sounds like you havent calibrated it. Or the dimensions is wrong. Make sure to select the 4x6 format.
