Mr. J. C Smith, I have been watching you and your wife for a long while and really enjoy your videos and your work. I want to agree with you when you mentioned how well your wife does her detail work. I believe she does some of the best I've seen here on RUclips. I have always liked seeing the before and after of you and her work. Congrats brother and sister!
Great video J.C.Smith really enjoyed watching the build on this truck. It turned out great should make a good truck for someone. Thanks for sharing stay safe Mr & Mrs J.C.Smith Your Wife does a great job cleaning your trucks.
I'd never let a painted rim leave my shop not cured and without a inspection for unpainted areas. First off those should have been dipped then run thru the hanging rack and then through the oven to bake cure to be durable.. Then I would have called and said they was ready to come home, even if I had to pull a all night-er and got them done myself. I have gotten into cleaning all welding slag off them etching primer-ing them a couple coats before putting 2 coats of base on to finish them in the hot shed over night.
When you first started that truck there was no denying it's past life but with the bob, rims, rear lights and flaps unless you were told you wouldn't really peg it as a u haul just looking at it amazing job by you and your wife
About 4 years ago, I retired, and we moved to a smaller community in California, from the hyper expensive SF Bay Area. As part of that move, I moved my wife's small business, and all her stock, and materials. What I learned totally changed my attitude about U-Haul. U-haul is not some cheap, just enough to get it done company. By the time I was done with this move, I had rented and used 6 different trucks, and other U-haul equipment. Everything they have is designed to be used by someone that may or may not have any clue of what they are doing. As such their equipment was reliable, easy to use, and designed to make you the mover's life, as easy as possible.
Man that truck turned out nice. If I was ever in the market for one of these truck I would definitely want one you did because I know your not cutting corners to save a dime. You do it right everytime
I really have huge respect for you and your wife for having such attention to detail on your work. Sadly, its getting harder and harder to see quality work in this business. I used to get kidded a lot because I wouldn't skimp on anything for my equipment, but usually got the last laugh in the long run. That would sure make a great gooseneck livestock hauler for a small dealer or big farmer. Bill
If it doesn't sell as a chassis cab you should build a slide n tilt recovery bed for hauler it would.be.a good project.and it will sell all dat long.put an under reach on it also jc or do a recovery.build please
Nice video and truck turned out well. People often forget you get what you pay for and on commercial trucks that good deal can cost you a lot of money later. People always forget the down time as a cost since a truck has fixed daily cost that will compound while broken down.
The truck looks very nice 👍🏻 and there’s one more thing that would make JC Happy. For it to be in someone else’s driveway 👍🏻 again very nice truck JC and Mrs JC the interior looks very nice 👍🏻
I will say bud you make quality videos that people can rely on what you say. If course you always factor in a 90 percent overkill but at least your right. Just watched a video yesterday of a dude dismount and mount tires instead of soap he used pb blaster.
Just curious if you have changed the exhaust/ muffler on any of the 8.1s after the cats and 02 sensors? Will it have any effect on engine power or anything else? Just consider running it into dual pipes existing in front of wheels. Any thoughts or concerns will be appreciated! Thanks, love the content after 4 years I have cruise control that works great!
2:28 fella knew you were coming, dropped his beer and started painting. There's no way that's any other time than when you went there. Dunno what your relation with that place is... but that kind of ... thing would never allow me to do business with that individual again.

Bit much for bit white paint on few scabby old rims m8😅

We’re big boys.
Came out very nice in the boss lady did a very good job cleaning it up too
The rims look great on that truck.
Ive got balancing liquid. You should try the hell of a lot easier than the beads.
If it doesn't sell as a chassis cab you should build a slide n tilt recovery bed for hauler it would.be.a good project.and it will sell all dat long.put an under reach on it also jc or do a recovery.build please
Try powder coating instead of Painting …. Far more durable than paint . And you don’t have to wait for it to Dry …..
Truck looks good 👍
Love channel JC love roll backs n rest ey fleet

Look at that! Just look at it!! Would you just look at that?!?!
My wife has the same boots
That truck is sweet!!!!!❤
It’s all good because no one is perfect. We all make mistakes
Exactly shoutout to miss JC aka Lady the world's greatest detailer

Great video!

Thank you for sharing the things you do. Do you have a website where you post the things/ trucks you are selling?
just say'n tire stands out like a sore thumb; but tire 'sa tire. You do good work.
average buyer of this caliber of truck wont have issue with it. if they do, add $1800 and i can put 4 new ones on.
Just curious if you have changed the exhaust/ muffler on any of the 8.1s after the cats and 02 sensors? Will it have any effect on engine power or anything else? Great content as always JC!
Used 19.5 8 lug pilot aluminum wheels are impossible to find in south Mississippi
These are hub pilot
Nice truck how much are you selling it for
Wassup
I’d be taking those steel wheels back to the shop that did it to rectify the poor workmanship
Nothing wrong with a gasser!!!
How much are you asking for it I’m looking for one
watch the entire video
they will air up 10 lbs thats a lot of air

im not a patient person.

Why pick them up if they are still wet makes no sense
do you really think i knew they were still wet? come on....
Sandblasting is a hateful job!
Almost as hateful as polishing aluminum wheels.
The truck is looking spiffy!!
Great video!!!
