It deactivated what you have set as primary so if they have a different account that is set as primary it won’t affect it it only deactivates primary not the actual console

No it wont delete ur account if u delete the app, if u want to delete ur account u would have to manually do it somewhere in settings in ur console (idk if u can delete an account from the app)

I used the website instead of another useless app. It deactivated both my ps4 pro and my ps5. I couldn't sign into my ps5 without upgrading the software. My ps4 pro is on 9.00 and now completely "initilalized". So hopefully whoever buys it knows what they are doing and doesn't update the software.
