    Ingredients
    1 cup barley
    1/2 cup rawa
    1/2 cup curd
    Chopped 1/2 Cup Onion
    Beans
    Carrot
    3-4 chopped green chilli
    1/2 tsp turmeric
    1/2 tsp coriander powder
    1/2 tsp garam-masala
    Some chilli flakes
    1/2 tsp red chilli
    1/2 tsp pepper
    Salt
    Coriander leaves
    For tadka- curry-leaves, some black mustard seeds & white Seasame.
    First mix all the mixture together, add some water , knead a dough, make long cylinder type shape, steam for 10-12 minutes, cool down the snack then cut into pieces. Add tadka in a pan, sauté & serve.
