He knows that these UFOs "shouldn't" exist by our current understanding of science and history, but since they do, he's approaching the phenomena as all scientists should be approaching it -- in curiosity and humility. There is also a secret technique for flight in the atmosphere, plasma propulsion panels. They are located in the form of round zones around the perimeter and on the bottom of the device. A column of ring vortices is created from below and along the movement - this is how the device flies... Everyone has heard about railgun guns - this is a system of two extended longitudinal contacts-rails and a projectile between them. If an electrical impulse is applied to the rails, induction will accelerate the projectile to cosmic speeds. Following it, a jet of hot plasma will also fly out. Kevin, I find your humility and intellectual honesty refreshing in a man of academia. So if you're reading this, I'd like to offer you a piece of advice and an anecdotal factoid about the craft our elder siblings in intelligence use. First, the advice. Warning, really. If you see a landed craft, particularly if there are occupants about, DO NOT run toward it in your excitement and fear. There is a kind of 'wildlife deterrence' system which can be active. Some of the more dangerous animals we have are also less susceptible to the energies this system produces, so if they are not expecting us to be around, it's intensity is increased to be effective across the board, even though they're really not supposed to. At these intensities, the effect it generates is likely to be outright lethal, or at least risks permanent damage in human adults. Apparently, extreme youth has some protective quality, since after running headlong into this 'safety' feature, I was informed by the occupants that if I'd been much older it might have killed or permanently debilitated me and you are not 5 years old, so dont do it, without at least telegraphing your presence and allowing them a moment to make a safe approach, assuming they allow that and don't just leave. Now on to the anecdotal food for thought concerning your thinking around small UFOs, so-called plasma balls, etc.. You assert that they must be unmanned probes or natural phenomena, because of their small apparent size. But his is incorrect for two reasons. The first, is that these craft are suspected to operate at least in part by altering spacetime metrics. The second is that while I have no idea what the limits of this technology would be, the craft I was allowed to enter briefly (accompanied, of course) was much larger on the inside than it was on the outside. Much. Lengthy hallways, ceilings higher than the height of the craft from outside, etc.. So for all we know, those little basketball-sized ufos might house a mobile lab with personnel and quarters for them to live in. Size matters not.
The craft may not need a lot of energy to move if it can reduce its weight by being out of our vibrational frequency . If you can control your location with respect to what dimension your in then you could have just an essential awareness transfer and so in increments. If you can transfer from one dimension to another then you might also find a source of energy in between dimensions like zero point energy.

deGrasse is always asking "Where's the proof?" But the question is, what would he accept as proof? Mainstream science will never be satisfied with any amount of video or eye witness accounts, they want hard tangible evidence. So let's say a local yahoo finds a funny object near where a reported sighting had taken place. He takes it to a local community college, where a science teacher looks at it and realizes this thing doesn't look man made. Perhaps he then calls a local university, and they show up and start testing it with various types of equipment, and find that some aspects defy our current understanding of physics. OK...proof, right? Now this yahoo is in possession of the most VALUABLE object on Earth, worth multi billions. I know deGrasse has NEVER considered this. Washington gets wind of what has take place and descends on the university - reverse engineering could yield advancements easily a threat to nat'l security. It would be confiscated and they'd try to downplay it, even hush it up. And deGrasse would still be asking "Where's the proof"?

If you don't have the craft then you don't have the "proof" DeGrasse wants but he is asking for the wrong kind of evidence! That physics evidence isn't being given to you and probably won't be because it is kept secret. He maybe to stupid to realize it, which wouldn't surprise me, but all you have to work with is reports with multiple witnesses and instrument readings and then you give assessment of the situation. It's like intelligence reports that there will be an attack by some group on the US. You analyze it and give an assessment of the situation. Sometimes they fail like 911. You don't ask for the physics and mathematical proofs that Osama Bin Laden was going to make these attacks. How stupid would that sound! Now maybe DeGrasee isn't that stupid but is just misdirect and manipulating you because he wants to have an excuse to deny your assessments but in that case he is just a fraud.
That is more profound than you realize. Whenever you talk to any doubters, the first thing you should ask is: "what evidence would make you believe?" If thy can't answer that, they are purely trying waste time and measure 🐓s. Some people use words for finding truth, some people use them for social advancement. Avoid the latter at all costs, the only thing they want is to "win" an argument for an increase in relative social power.

I know exactly what some of the entities are, even where they are at but no one listens even when given the proof. I've even seen a sample of the tic tac pilots platinum blond hair. They seem to have a remote link to asian genetics but they have blue eyes and platinum blonde hair, asian features in their eyes and their eyes are approximately 5 times bigger. They spend most of their lives approximately 6 foot tall, when they get older their eyes turn pink which makes me think their genetics have some kind of albino genetics, their skin is paper white. Their life spans are rediculous compared to ours, but their bones are skinnier and lighter. I also have a pretty good understanding of how the crafts work, there is a type of light that is formed in black holes that push matter away. They have miles of fiber optic coils in the walls of the tic tac, i believe they are using mini version of something like proton accelerators but are putting something like mosons or bosons through the fiber optic cables. This causes a wavey field around it that sometimes gives off light. Its like looking at the craft through heat ripples.
Also their nervous system is 3 times faster than ours, so they don't see video screens well. Therefore most of their tech is telepathically in a matter of speaking controlled. Their tech allows them to put words and visualization straight from their mind, as well as into it. This is how they pilot the crafts. The acceleration is nullified by the field around the craft but occasionally the coils will melt due to imperfections in the fiber cables.

,,I think there could be beings that are living in space, and of course there are many places on Earth, the Moon, there people that have reported craft as large as football field, which would make sense of some place a fleet could descend from 80,000 ft. they could be in a rotation in and out of the solar system every 2years to 4 years, and with the variety of craft lately, more than likely there are multiple beings...
There are three things which a 'gravity warp' propulsion system would affect. 1 is, of course, gravity. The 2nd, as Kevin Knuth said, is time. The 3rd is inertia. It isnt too hard to make the connection between gravity and time, because we've done experiments that prove this: initially these experiments involved placing an extremely accurate atomic clock in earth orbit, and one on earth at sea level. The clocks must be absolutely synchronized then measured separately after they are placed. This was done and it was found that the clock on earth at sea level began running slower than the one in orbit! Why? The best way to explain it is that spacetime is stretched out the deeper one goes into a gravity well, resulting in a slower running clock on earth's surface & a faster running one in orbit. So we can see that time and gravity are inextricably related, which Einstein showed in his relativity mathematics. But inertia? Why inertia? Well. Because inertia is thought to be caused by the gravitational fields of everything in the universe. This means that if you produce a gravitational warp around a spacecraft, you _also_ produce an inertial warp, which likely manifests as a cancellation effect. So now we have a very interesting thing: a craft that will not produce a sonic boom because the air which comes into contact with the field around the craft is cut off from inertia by the field! So it can impact the craft with little or no effect. Water, same thing. Due to the reduction/cancellation of inertia within the field, no G forces are felt during 800G maneuvers. Also, the massive amount of energy required for such acceleration and instantaneous turn performance is cut way down because the craft's inertial mass is effectively removed as far as the outside universe is concerned. This accounts for most of the so called 'violations of physics' that are seen in UFO reports. There is no violation, only an unorthodox (to humans anyway) use of physical laws.

Interesting to hear that sightings have been reported from the coast of Wales. The Rhosneiger Incident September 1999 my friend Lyn and I were at Rhosneiger beach on the west coast of Anglesey, North Wales. She with her two daughters aged, at the time, 8 and 6 and me with two of my sons aged 15 and 11. We were staying overnight in our camper vans, her’s an old converted bus and mine a converted ambulance. It would have been around 10pm, my boys were settled in the ‘Ambi’ drifting off to sleep and Lyn was in her bus getting her girls off to sleep. I was stood outside by a little campfire we’d made looking around the starry sky for shooting stars. Suddenly, directly in my line of sight looking west and a bit above the horizon* ‘shooting star ~no~ plane ~no~’ “LYN QUICK” she appeared within a couple of seconds, and stood by my side, we watched this brilliant white shaped triangle (an acute isosceles) travel horizontally from right to left and parallel to the horizon for another 5ish seconds then it turned on the spot through 45deg’s travelling for another second or 2 then did the same manoeuvre again and shot off at an incredible speed vertically into space. I can’t remember what we said to each other. It seemed to be quite a distance away but the shape was easy to see, no noise, no trail left behind. As mentioned my initial split second thought was shooting star because of how fast it was moving, then plane because it was travelling horizontal to the horizon. Then calling (shouting) Lyn must of taken a total of 3 seconds from when I first spotted the craft. So in total about 15 seconds and wooosh it was gone. *the height above the horizon would have been approximately 20-25degrees with 0deg being the horizon and directly above 90deg’s. Hope you can visualize what I’ve written, I really need to make an animated video account of what we saw. P E A C E : ) I wrote this a couple of years ago. Professor Knuth is very sweet but it boggles my mind that he insists we are “seeing” 1,000 g accellerations, 40,000 km/h kinematic speeds, and gargantuan, whole-nation power generation amounts of energy packed into small (40 feet) areas. We are not seeing any of that. What we are seeing are APPARENT accelerations and speeds, and APPARENT (according to classical mechanics) large energy requirements (energy that somehow doesn’t dissipate into vaporizing the planet when a school bus-sized object drops 80,000 feet and stops dead after 0.78 seconds or so) to pull such feats. Here we must consider what another physicist, Dr. Jack Sarfatti, is positing regarding the UFO/UAP phenomenon; namely that it is warping spacetime in its fuselage and vanishingly thin layer of space around its hull with small amounts of (EM) energy, achieving possibly a complete control of spacetime. What we perceive as massive g’s and speeds are just warped and of necessity deceiving PICTURES, much like how we perceive odd images of gravitationally lensed distant galaxies and galaxy clusters.
What I get a bit frustrated with, is the idea that there are only two possibilities, human made or alien made. There's another possibility, which I actually believe is the most likely, which is that we simply aren't the most advanced species to live on this planet.

If an electrical impulse is applied to the rails, induction will accelerate the projectile to cosmic speeds. Following it, a jet of hot plasma will also fly out. Such guns are being developed in many countries. The momentum created by the railgun can be used not only to fire, but also to move. Accordingly: spacecraft have pulse engines that shoot plasma at the right moment - creating sufficient force to move from one orbit to another. Kevin, I find your humility and intellectual honesty refreshing in a man of academia.
So if you're reading this, I'd like to offer you a piece of advice and an anecdotal factoid about the craft our elder siblings in intelligence use.
First, the advice. Warning, really. If you see a landed craft, particularly if there are occupants about, DO NOT run toward it in your excitement and fear.
There is a kind of 'wildlife deterrence' system which can be active. Some of the more dangerous animals we have are also less susceptible to the energies this system produces, so if they are not expecting us to be around, it's intensity is increased to be effective across the board, even though they're really not supposed to.
At these intensities, the effect it generates is likely to be outright lethal, or at least risks permanent damage in human adults.
Apparently, extreme youth has some protective quality, since after running headlong into this 'safety' feature, I was informed by the occupants that if I'd been much older it might have killed or permanently debilitated me and you are not 5 years old, so dont do it, without at least telegraphing your presence and allowing them a moment to make a safe approach, assuming they allow that and don't just leave.
Now on to the anecdotal food for thought concerning your thinking around small UFOs, so-called plasma balls, etc..
You assert that they must be unmanned probes or natural phenomena, because of their small apparent size. But his is incorrect for two reasons. The first, is that these craft are suspected to operate at least in part by altering spacetime metrics.
The second is that while I have no idea what the limits of this technology would be, the craft I was allowed to enter briefly (accompanied, of course) was much larger on the inside than it was on the outside. Much.
Lengthy hallways, ceilings higher than the height of the craft from outside, etc..
So for all we know, those little basketball-sized ufos might house a mobile lab with personnel and quarters for them to live in.
Size matters not.

The craft may not need a lot of energy to move if it can reduce its weight by being out of our vibrational frequency .
If you can control your location with respect to what dimension your in then you could have just an essential awareness transfer and so in increments.
If you can transfer from one dimension to another then you might also find a source of energy in between dimensions like zero point energy.

deGrasse is always asking "Where's the proof?" But the question is, what would he accept as proof? Mainstream science will never be satisfied with any amount of video or eye witness accounts, they want hard tangible evidence. So let's say a local yahoo finds a funny object near where a reported sighting had taken place. He takes it to a local community college, where a science teacher looks at it and realizes this thing doesn't look man made. Perhaps he then calls a local university, and they show up and start testing it with various types of equipment, and find that some aspects defy our current understanding of physics. OK...proof, right? Now this yahoo is in possession of the most VALUABLE object on Earth, worth multi billions. I know deGrasse has NEVER considered this. Washington gets wind of what has take place and descends on the university - reverse engineering could yield advancements easily a threat to nat'l security. It would be confiscated and they'd try to downplay it, even hush it up. And deGrasse would still be asking "Where's the proof"?

If you don't have the craft then you don't have the "proof" DeGrasse wants but he is asking for the wrong kind of evidence! That physics evidence isn't being given to you and probably won't be because it is kept secret. I know exactly what some of the entities are, even where they are at but no one listens even when given the proof. I've even seen a sample of the tic tac pilots platinum blond hair. They seem to have a remote link to asian genetics but they have blue eyes and platinum blonde hair, asian features in their eyes and their eyes are approximately 5 times bigger. They spend most of their lives approximately 6 foot tall, when they get older their eyes turn pink which makes me think their genetics have some kind of albino genetics, their skin is paper white. Their life spans are rediculous compared to ours, but their bones are skinnier and lighter. I also have a pretty good understanding of how the crafts work, there is a type of light that is formed in black holes that push matter away. They have miles of fiber optic coils in the walls of the tic tac, i believe they are using mini version of something like proton accelerators but are putting something like mosons or bosons through the fiber optic cables. This causes a wavey field around it that sometimes gives off light. Its like looking at the craft through heat ripples.
Also their nervous system is 3 times faster than ours, so they don't see video screens well. Therefore most of their tech is telepathically in a matter of speaking controlled. Their tech allows them to put words and visualization straight from their mind, as well as into it. This is how they pilot the crafts. The acceleration is nullified by the field around the craft but occasionally the coils will melt due to imperfections in the fiber cables.

There are three things which a 'gravity warp' propulsion system would affect.
1 is, of course, gravity. The 2nd, as Kevin Knuth said, is time.
The 3rd is inertia.
It isnt too hard to make the connection between gravity and time, because we've done experiments that prove this: initially these experiments involved placing an extremely accurate atomic clock in earth orbit, and one on earth at sea level. The clocks must be absolutely synchronized then measured separately after they are placed. This was done and it was found that the clock on earth at sea level began running slower than the one in orbit!
Why? The best way to explain it is that spacetime is stretched out the deeper one goes into a gravity well, resulting in a slower running clock on earth's surface & a faster running one in orbit. So we can see that time and gravity are inextricably related, which Einstein showed in his relativity mathematics.
But inertia? Why inertia?
Well. Because inertia is thought to be caused by the gravitational fields of everything in the universe. This means that if you produce a gravitational warp around a spacecraft, you _also_ produce an inertial warp, which likely manifests as a cancellation effect. So now we have a very interesting thing: a craft that will not produce a sonic boom because the air which comes into contact with the field around the craft is cut off from inertia by the field! So it can impact the craft with little or no effect. Water, same thing. Due to the reduction/cancellation of inertia within the field, no G forces are felt during 800G maneuvers. Also, the massive amount of energy required for such acceleration and instantaneous turn performance is cut way down because the craft's inertial mass is effectively removed as far as the outside universe is concerned. This accounts for most of the so called 'violations of physics' that are seen in UFO reports. There is no violation, only an unorthodox (to humans anyway) use of physical laws.

Well, if the theory that aliens intervened in our past and upgraded our genetics and intelligence, then taught us about agriculture, architecture, mathematics, and astronomy, then I'd say their intervention set us on the path away from starvation and living in caves, and towards becoming a starfaring civilisation.
I think the aliens breath oxygen and the starship inside has same gravity as surface of Earth since we are living beings with the correct temperatures and pressure for cell structure.

The Rhosneiger Incident
September 1999 my friend Lyn and I were at Rhosneiger beach on the west coast of Anglesey, North Wales. She with her two daughters aged, at the time, 8 and 6 and me with two of my sons aged 15 and 11. We were staying overnight in our camper vans, her’s an old converted bus and mine a converted ambulance. It would have been around 10pm, my boys were settled in the ‘Ambi’ drifting off to sleep and Lyn was in her bus getting her girls off to sleep. I was stood outside by a little campfire we’d made looking around the starry sky for shooting stars. Suddenly, directly in my line of sight looking west and a bit above the horizon* ‘shooting star ~no~ plane ~no~’ “LYN QUICK” she appeared within a couple of seconds, and stood by my side, we watched this brilliant white shaped triangle (an acute isosceles) travel horizontally from right to left and parallel to the horizon for another 5ish seconds then it turned on the spot through 45deg’s travelling for another second or 2 then did the same manoeuvre again and shot off at an incredible speed vertically into space. I can’t remember what we said to each other. It seemed to be quite a distance away but the shape was easy to see, no noise, no trail left behind. As mentioned my initial split second thought was shooting star because of how fast it was moving, then plane because it was travelling horizontal to the horizon. Then calling (shouting) Lyn must of taken a total of 3 seconds from when I first spotted the craft. So in total about 15 seconds and wooosh it was gone.
*the height above the horizon would have been approximately 20-25degrees with 0deg being the horizon and directly above 90deg’s.

Professor Knuth is very sweet but it boggles my mind that he insists we are “seeing” 1,000 g accellerations, 40,000 km/h kinematic speeds, and gargantuan, whole-nation power generation amounts of energy packed into small (40 feet) areas. We are not seeing any of that. What we are seeing are APPARENT accelerations and speeds, and APPARENT (according to classical mechanics) large energy requirements (energy that somehow doesn’t dissipate into vaporizing the planet when a school bus-sized object drops 80,000 feet and stops dead after 0.78 seconds or so) to pull such feats. Here we must consider what another physicist, Dr. Jack Sarfatti, is positing regarding the UFO/UAP phenomenon; namely that it is warping spacetime in its fuselage and vanishingly thin layer of space around its hull with small amounts of (EM) energy, achieving possibly a complete control of spacetime. What we perceive as massive g’s and speeds are just warped and of necessity deceiving PICTURES, much like how we perceive odd images of gravitationally lensed distant galaxies and galaxy clusters.
