- FightHype.com was given exclusive access to watch super middleweight king Andre Ward get in a late night workout at 50 Cent's gym in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ward, who last fought over a year ago, looked sharp and showed no ill effects from the shoulder surgery he had several months ago. Check out how he looked as he worked the heavybag and gave tips on what to do when facing southpaws or tall, lanky fighters.
Andre said something very key "You train like something (a punch) is coming back." He continues and says points out that guys train on the hvy bag lazily thrown punches w/o rolling away after flurrying. The way you train translates into the rain. If you don't train to roll away from the counters, you will not roll away from counters when you actually fight. I.e., the way you fight will reflect the way you have trained.

andre ward is league of his own as well super technical. To bad his to big to fight floyd because like floyd he knows how to adjust to any fighter. That fight would be a real chess match.

I agree that Ward could neutralize GGG, but I think it's a mistake to say Golovkin only brings power punching. I know he's not proven yet, but I think he will win big fights against top level guys.

Wards never been tested ? i think you need to learn about boxing, so, carl froch, kessler, abraham, and chad dawson arent tests, he wont the super 6 cleaning out the super middleweight division. triple g is the one who aint been tested, i would like to see that fight but got to go with the experience, and the boxing iq of ward on that one,
