The XPadder mappings are shown in that video & the XPadder files should be downloadable from the GDrive link in the description! I'd back up your GW2.config file first tho because w/o the context of XPadder remappings the bindings are pretty random. 😄 Hope this helps, and if you have any questions just ask!!
